Play the most passive, scared as shit AD carry in the universe. Hopefully you have a support with sustain. Chug pots, collect CS. If LB isn't keeping up with you in CS, and you don't die MANY MANY times, you will be fine later on in teamfights, even if you were freaking miserable in the laning phase. Ultraganking that lane with mid+jungle might also work well (since they're being so aggressive)

I used to laugh seeing them on the loading screen, but a good one will now make me cry cry.

Basically you get a small random pool of heroes, but instead of drafting heroes, you draft 3 regular abilities, an ultimate (and in LoL, a passive), and a hero model (which you also derive the base stats for this custom hero from).
Was the most insane custom game ever because you these super wonky characters like a carry that has 3 passives all for lategame/farming (Faceless dodge, Spectre damage reflect, Alchemist bonus gold, Alchemist ultimate, for example). Alistar headbutt, blitz grab, naut hook, lee r. I call him captain pinball.

Draven faceplants if he doesn't snowball but dear lord do they seem to snowball from time to time. I don't play that stupid lane so I never really know what's happening and can't make a call for myself but he seems to be a real feast or famine character.

He is talking about Lee Sin (Riven doesn't have resistances and sustain, Jayce doesn't have execute mechanic and does have mana), and I used to make posts exactly like the original one. I understand you can't just look purely at the "toolbox" so to speak without taking it in context of the whole champ, but still. I am not even qualified to call him OP so I won't.
AND YET, Lee Sin just gets so many bonuses on his abilities that don't even need to be there for him to be a complete champ. Just doesn't make sense to me why he needed, say, a sizable armor boost on an ability that already gives him a shield and sustain. Or an AoE attack speed debuff when it is an AoE nuke, reveal, and MS slow already.

honestly I'll take Jayce mana management over Lee sin's energy.
|
Well that's why he's gotten nerfed so many times...

This is fun. Do you think its more effective to stack a single type of ability or to make a balanced champ?

Has any team tried aegis stacking before? Like bruiser, jungler, support all getting aegis?

I agree that it seems to be the case, but I've never been able to determine why on paper. Because he's got good base damage on his abilities but, being melee, has to build tanky and so does a lot less damage and suffer from his E lacking range, kinda like Maokai falls off because he deals a lot less damage?
Also, which runes/masteries would you run for a jungle AP Evelyn? The build would prob be something like boots+3 -> double ring -> kage -> dfg.

All CC or all nuke, be manmode.
Edit: Lee only slightly "falls off" imo, his damage doesn't scale (because you're going more tanky), but he can still crush a squishy, and his utility and tankiness are nothing to scoff at by a long shot. He can still get in and disrupt, peel for allies, and semi-initiate/counter initiate with positioning and R.

Rounded if pubs, lopsided if solo.
In the DotA version of the game, it wasn't uncommon to see a hard carry that has 4 passives/steroids/farming abilities that are literally dead weight early game but have the most monstrous lategame imaginable.
Also: Mark of the Storm DBC Defile Valkyrie Ravenous Flock
Best part is that you could probably jungle insanely fast with this skill selection, and take like no damage because you're constantly stun-proccing every jungle creep, lol.

Yeah dravens really sick if you can't dive onto him because if you can't perma as/ms steriod as well as huge truck damage if you keep axes spinning is pretty crazy.

Draven's lane phase is honestly overrated on TL imo. Sure he has a lot of damage in lane. He has really good base stats too. But the only reason he gets fed in lane is because his opponents are either really bad or just aren't used to him since he's underplayed. If there's a sleeper OP AD carry I think it's either Varus or Ashe whenever people stop being bad and re-learn how to play an AD carry that requires you to plan ahead instead of using an escape skill as a crutch for bad positioning.
Not to say that Draven is horrible but I don't see what he brings to the team that other ADs don't do better.
I think we'll see a lot of AD carry players trying out new champs in professional tournaments after or during S3 finals. Leading up to it people are playing Ez/Corki/Graves because it doesn't really reveal anything to opponents and because it's super safe. Won't be able to play safe at S3 finals and after it's over I think a lot of teams will want to try new shit out.
