dunno why you'd want AS on her, it doesn't help her ganks at all and it's not like she's lacking on clear speed

if you think you do well with AS/AS or MS/AS shyvana, switch to AD/AD for a game and watch how much damage you explode for in early ganks. autoQ with a tick or two of W will do easily over 300 damage at level 2, it's crazy burst

for nunu you do want MS/AS in the jungle tho. and for nocturne idk i suck with nocturne but i think any offensive stat will benefit him with how strong his kit is offensively. i've seen proponents for AS/AS and ArP/AD on noc, but i'm bad enough with him that i've failed with both

and on mundo i run AS/AS, udyr i run MS/AS, amumu i run armor/mpen, skarner Arpen/AD, ww a fkmess of MS/AD/AS/Arpen cause fuck it warwick's pre-6 potential is low anyway just gotta speed to 6 and pray for the best. on lee i've seen AD/AD/AD/AD and Arpen/Arpen/AD/AD before, pretty funny stuff

Attack speed isn't a bad on her, but there are simply better runes for jungling.

I still build Wits End on Shyvana from time to time, and always feel so much more powerful with it than with anything else. GIANT dps increase, and I feel as if my ult is always up. But thats just me and totally subjective.
