I usually go normal 5s with guys from LP, if you can do that it's perfect, because you can actually play in a team that makes sense as a whole. After 3-5 games I go to ranked though, normals are really only to get hang of abilities and stuff.

The problem with Graves is his Kit which is build like a bruiser while he scales as an AD carry.

His passive gives him tanky stats to win trades, His Buckshot is really easy to land and smokescreen being both a slow and reducing vision so much makes him so very good.

he can also get jumped on and hit by AOE very easily, his laning is not that great and very easily countered because he has to push.

There is almost nothing wrong with graves in his current state other than that, like corki, he has no weakness in lane other than his 525 range. He has burst, sustained damage, mobility and utility and additionally, some measure of tankiness. They're hitting his sustained damage now (and indirectly his mobility, just slightly since Quickdraw's cd is reduced by attacking).

They've hit every single one of those since release except mobility. He's by no means the be all end all of ADs, his short range stops him short of that but it's a challenge getting ADs out of the triumvirate of ez/corki/graves.

I really don't see what the hate on graves is about though. He's strong, his smokescreen is the strongest single skill on an AD carry but he's by no means invincible.

The only thing I wish they remove from the game is that ridiculous Smoke Screen ability. So it blocks vision to the outside, alright, it also does aoe damage. Of course that's not enough, give it a slow. Worst thing is that it causes huge fps drops on my poor pc when I am standing inside it.

Oh and i must have missed the part where they explain why ez mobility can stay the same between the 3 most played ads. corki can jump too often? what? his valk doesn't get reset by kills (trist), shortened cd by skillshots (ez) or even shooting (graves).

Graves got nerfed through the attackspeed change, corki gets outright higher cd, trist doesn't get played nearly enough anyway

and the guy above me: well, at least she's a bitch to lane against lol.
Wish i could figure out how other people hit her bounces so damn well.

Well, because his pass through (no)skillshot is being nerfed in damage. He clearly wont shit on Kog etc in trades anymore...

You don't want to get a bounce on them as MF, you max W, struts up to them, press W and aa->Q->aa and then unless they're Graves or something you won.

Dunno, it should win against sustain/AS lanes since you can use Q as an aa reset and stack your WW super-fast, plus you reduce healing, but I've always found that this kind of combo loses to burst lane (a bit like Ezreal against Graves) because they don't care about who attacks faster if they can just unload their damage without relying on AS (Corki, Graves, Sivir).

Edit: Although I haven't played that much Miss Fortune I don't think I've lost a lane as MF/Taric except when one of us majorly fucked up, but maybe that's because I mostly played it in normals ^-^

Haha I guess he got tired of people dodging on the chance they were facing his anivia.

One thing I've noticed since my elo started rising is the change in little things people do. Hard leashes and invade spotting is much better. River wards no longer just go in the river brush, they go a bit farther. Lane ganking used to be non existent and now it happens every 2 games.

I'm just glad they aren't nerfing my Gragas too hard. 50-75 Mana cost on his E will mean he won't have unlimited dashes for running away, but he still Bursts just as hard and still has great utility
