My thoughts:
Abyssal Sceptre: The range looks like it got changed from 1000 to ~750. It'll be really painful for champions like ahri with spells that extend beyond the range of abyssal's aura. It'll still be good but primarily on champions like kennen but the roster of AP mids that can use it reliably just dropped pretty hard.
I wasn't expecting the nerf to graves' base attackspeed, just the quickdraw. His base attackspeed is already pretty low at .638 vs the ~.658 of most other AD carries. I'm guessing that it's the AS per level that's going down from +2.9% to 2.7 or 2.8% so that his early game is still just as good but it trails off a bit. (Also, TIL, corki's AS/level scaling is atrocious, +2.3%, no wonder he's a caster as much as he is an AD)
The corki valk change kind of surprised me. I don't think that it'll make any serious difference since in lane, you use it once and you're oom and lategame, you generally only get to use it once except for cleanup.
Ezreal - An array of confusing changes. Making W match the particle is a nerf but I don't think that justifies the buff to his Q. W will still be maxed first. I think they should've adjusted the AS debuff duration, similar to nunu rather than buffing Q to make maxing Q seem like a better idea.

If you want us to read your build, you should expect it to be critiqued. That's the only real reason to post it to begin with. Did you just expect people to follow it and praise you?

I would build something like Boots->1-2 DBlades->Bruta/Necklace/Visage->Aegis->Mallet/Maw/Ghostblade in some order

Eve doesn't need to be better in teamfights. She needs people to play the type of gank-oriented teamcomps that she's actually good in.
Not every champion needs to be a strong teamfighter and not every team-comp needs to be teamfight-oriented.

The point of maxing W is for winning every allin / trade with the aspd debuff, not for the harrass(You run OOM too fast unless with soraka if you harrass spam with it).
This is basically a clear Ezreal buff(while nerfing other strong ADs) even though he already is the strongest AD. What on earth are they thinking?

I dunno, if you're doing less damage with it, they can potentially trade back but not go into an extended auto-attack trade and maybe win/not lose as badly. (For example, just trading phos bomb + auto for essence+auto will clearly favor corki now, as long as corki disengages before taking it further, instead of being dead even but still forcing corki to also disengage.)

Thing is, we already have some better champs if you want your mid or jungle to be gankariffic - usually by providing mobility, CC, and diving power rather than stealth (Ahri, Alistar, etc)

For the record, while I'm happy with these changes because I love Eve, I'm almost in agreement with Yango here. I think the issue Riot is having is that for whatever reason they REALLY don't want to revert her original base stats nerf so they're overbuffing her in other ways, which has now led to the AP mid style of play. She will be absolutely MASSIVE as AP with these buffs.
I think Riot really needs to decide what kind of champion they want her to be; either a gimmicky stealth jungler, or a burst nuker/laner. She's not like Diana; she does not have the kit to accomplish both jungling and laning effectively. Diana has the choice to build straight burst damage out of the jungle if she really wants to due to innate survivability from her kit and base stats. Evelynn can't do this because she has nothing in her kit that allows her to survive killing camps and coming out with some actual health left. Diana can afford to build tanky out of the jungle and still bring utility and a decent amount of damage to her ganks since she can gap-close extremely effectively and has a displacement/stun ability. Evelynn can build sustain/tankiness out of the jungle, but then she does no damage and since she has terrible ganking utility (including her ult, tbh) and a weak gapcloser, she needs to snowball EXTREMELY hard to be effective in this case.
Ultimately the AP mid variety of Eve is going to be way more effective because: a) of her skills scaling more/better off AP, b) the fact that her low base armor doesn't affect her in mid lane as much as it does in the jungle or top lane, c) and because it allows her to play to her strengths. She can roam from midlane pretty quickly and unseen to wherever she wishes, and she brings actual burst damage to a gank to make up for her lack of utility.
My biggest problem with mid Eve these days is I can't figure out THE build on her. I've seen so many variations and tried them all and I can't seem to figure out which one suits her the most. Would appreciate some theorycraft on this one at some point....I've tried in the Eve thread but people tend to ignore it.

O god yes finally nerfs to graves attackspeed.
Never got what was wrong with that, from the first announcement it was said he themed around his damn SHOTGUN and thus SLOWER than others. Now i'd still want to see him also be SHORTER, as was also anticipated.

They are kind of hitting the wrong stuff with graves, but on the other hand, people always complain about how every champion has the same powercurve.

'cept every champ doesn't have the same powercurve. Late game Vayne / Kog / Trist do much more damage than e.g. Sivir or Graves. Early game Urgot / Draven / MF damage crushes. Midgame Graves is stronger than Trist.
Same goes for every lane. Late game Irelia is better, Renekton midgame is better.
LeBlanc early / mid is better while Ryze is better late.

Taking damage you shouldnt have because the particle is actually twice its size is dumb as fuck. lower mana cost on q is always a ncie change though
