Well, mpen/armor/MR/MS means I either have to drop one of my other pages or buy a new one, so there's that 
Though I guess I can just use my Naut AS/armor/MR/MS page and not worry about mpen for now.

Eve is fine atm. As far as I have seen, people have not been trying to experiment with her enough and just try to shoe-horn her into existing archetypes and see it doesn't work and demand buffs.

I'm gonna need someone to explain some stuff to me.
1) Why buff only that part of Rammus? He's still going to be a subpar jungler, and scaling mr isn't going to fix that. 2) Why nerf Janna? Were people really complaining that AP Janna was too strong. The only thing this does is make it less likely that Janna can go in another lane (which is a stupid thing to do). 3) Why take away Amumu's ratios? Was AP amumu really a huge problem? I kind of understand that Riot felt they needed to nerf part of him with the mana buff he's getting, but it seems a little weird to me to target his ratios.

Dunno about the first 2, but AP Amumu was pretty damned strong. Boots/Drings/Abyssal/Sunfire made you basically Godmode if you had any skill at ganking early on, then you just killed anything that looked good.
Honestly, it's not too much of a damage nerf, his bases are still good, tears still do % health, and the scaling isn't horrid. Now he's going to be able to do something after losing blue.

I think the rammus scaling mr just comes down to the fact that a lot of tanks/bruisers are getting mr/lvl, and riot just wants to put his stats more in line with other, similar champs.
