He can always sell it and get a BT later, but nearly doubling his lifesteal and giving him a lot more crit for now. Dyrus uses the shortest teleport ever. he started doing this like 3-4 months ago

Aegis of Zeonia -Slight increase in the speed of the jump -Now places Pantheon slightly in front of the target instead of directly on top of the enemy Dunno if I'm worrying for nothing, but if Panth jumps directly in front of the target instead of on top, wouldn't that make hitting HSS a little more awkward? If you're in front of the target and HSS at them, they can run out of it extremely fast. If you HSS towards where they'd likely run, you'll miss out on the first tick.

that Monte Christo guy from MLG Criticized Nein for going not PD first on Kog'Maw, after he bought an IE first item, because a Nunu was on the team, and "stacking the attack speed would have been better"

You can definitely land more autos, but at the same time I feel like it'd make your HSS a little easier to juke/harder to hit. I'd have to play it first and I'm pretty sure I'm way overblowing this but it feels like an unnecessary change to me.
