if anything its easier to max drunken rage after q after the changes now that its missile speed is the same at all levels... nonetheless agree with the e max 2nd anyway cuz of dmg wewt | ||

Yeah, the casters have been pretty consistently poor at analyzing this series. They were also very wrong about a lot of what they said about Rammus in the last fight and even claiming Xpecial randomly waited for DBC to end before hooking Rammus when he was overextended with no backup. | ||
