Judgment deals 25% less damage to minions and monsters. That means it does 75% of the total damage to minions, 100% to champions. What am I missing here? Judgment deals 25% less damage to minions and monsters. Lol never noticed that before, my bad. | ||

Would like to see him as a dot dmg dealer :/ The main thing is the primary way to play him (bruiser teemo), you lose a lot of the DoT damage since you're reapplying the buff and getting very little besides the initial shot damage from E. The same happens with AP teemo, since half your damage from the AP scaling is barely being used. It's a minor buff to bruiser teemo but a major buff to AP teemo. Every shot you fire is a literal nuke, nashor's tooth might actually be seriously good on him now. He's going to be a complete asshole in lane now if he's running any AP at all (every shot he takes is .54 scaling). AP AS teemo (mallet, malady/wits, nashor's tooth, Dcap, zerks, GA) is probably going to be stupid to deal with since chasing him is a bad idea, running away from him is impossible and every potshot he takes is going to sting, very hard. | ||

I really like playing Teemo is alot of fun.  Yeah thats the downside from bruiser Teemo. I always hoped that they make the dot stackable or something else to. But I guess this change and play him like you said will be incredible strong | ||

Moving garen's cleanse to his Q makes a lot of sense, if you are going to run at someone turning on E to remove a slow also removes the entire point of running at them anyway, so E wasn't a great spot for it. | ||

Which gap closer champs does Teemo lose to? I've never lost to a Jax/Wu as Teemo top (Granted I'm only bronze) and I always thought he crushes 95% of melee top laners. | ||

It seems to me like, provided you're both fairly even, if the melee champ manages to get to you, then you're in trouble as Teemo. Teemo can bully melee champs up top, but he can be punished extremely easily as well. Good top players who abuse brush, make full use of their kits, and/or who get decent help from the jungler will make the lane iffy (unless it's a champ Teemo just poops on, like Trynd or something). | ||
