You don't have to necessarily be a high elo player, you just need to be that or a high elo poster

Something I've been wanting to ask is about the viability of Deathfire Grasp on certain champions other than the obvious ones like Veigar and Leblanc. After using it on a few champions, I've come to really like it on Gragas and AP Janna in particular. Since in laning phase the likelihood of getting in range to use DFG is pretty good (Gragas having to melee last hit and DFG having a longer range than Janna's W) I feel like that added burst combined with a well timed gank would make for a much easier time in winning the lane. Any thoughts?

Thank god Malphite got bitchslapped. Seriously, like the only champion that does reasonably well and can transition into a good teamfighter was Rumble. Learned Rumble last week just to stop Malphites from rolling me x_x

I don't ever think I've been yelled at, I really only have seen people called out on pure stupidity a couple times. We tend to keep semi-civil discussion here, unless you're, say, trying to convince everyone that current-day Eve is a top lane monster despite being proven wrong again and again and are unwilling to change your standpoint, you're generally fine.

The thing is you don't just get ridiculed by our own pro / high elo players when you post something that is not right. You DO get ridiculed tho when you don't stop/are stubborn about your idea, after every single TL high elo player told you are wrong, often with a wall of texts explaining why you are. (and told to be wrong is not a bad thing in general, is it?)

In all seriousness, does the GP change really help him in what he needed? He still has to choose between last hitting and harassing, and harassing still costs a load of mana. It seems like he'll still be bullied a lot in lane.
Concerning the other gp, why is hog being nerfed? I always found Hog was weaker than Philo, and Philo was really strong. Especially because HoG builds into something weaker than Philo, why nerf it?
I've heard it on forums, but it is true that Ori is getting her ult stun back? The buff on Q is welcomed though, but a mana cost reduction would have been even better.
Will Trist increased scaling mean that AP trist can't help but push a lane incredibly hard?
Malph change doesn't look like it'll affect what makes him so strong in lane, so really just putting him a bit closer to a lot of common tops.
Not sure how the Morg nerf/buff? will affect her. She can help allies more now, but it looks like early game will be hit at least a bit. Possibly gankable now?

The Gplank change seemed more aimed at making it easier for him to farm if he's pushed to tower. It seems more in line with wanting to keep parrley from being too strong or something.
I think they nerfed HoG a bit to punish the top and mid for trying to be too passive by allowing for the higher damaging/burstier champs to have a better chance at killing. It seemed like it was too easy to make things super passive farm lanes and changing HoG and philo was a change that would affect every champ based on that problem. The only issue I see it being is if it affect supports too much.

Old passive moved to W, no baseline AS steroid, CDR moved to Q. Am I missing something that buffed him so much? Cooldowns. New Q has a 9-5s cooldown, versus 10 flat on old Q. New W has a 16-11s second cooldown, versus 24-16s. New E has a 13-9s cooldown, versus 16-12s. Basically they took all the cooldown reduction Xin got from attacking super fast and baked it into his abilities. This is a fundamentally good change because it means Xin no longer has to worry about both CDR and attack speed, but can focus on the former. It also makes it a lot easier for Riot to balance because they don't have to worry about Xin Zhao being unable to afford the attack speed to abuse the crap out of people. That said, I am having the most hellish time trying to break my old E->Q->W instinct. Ah, I see. So basically it gives less incentive to build CDR and lets you build other stuff, as well as just having it up more often. Cool cool, will be nice to see him in games again.
Actually you have quite a large incentive to build CDR. Capped New Xin reaches a point where you can chain Q and E together very nicely, and W is up permanently. What you don't need is Attack Speed, which was required for Old Xin to really become a chain CC/ability spamming beast.
