I don't think it's that great tbh, what it does it allows not very good AP's, to be okayish AP's. Haha that's a very good way of putting it. An added nuke is never bad though xP It's definitely a very niche item, with a few champs that it's core on, but it has to compete with a million other AP items for a position in your build which is its main drawback. I dont' think DFG is inherently bad, it's just that roa/hat/rylai/hourglass/grail/etc etc are all vying for a position in your lineup and DFG is not always the best item. I don't think anyone needs to rush grail. It's got a nice additional passive on chalice though so maybe I'm wrong and people who get kills and run out of mana like it. In my opinion, AUG, Morello and DFG are kind of a family of 3 items. Morello and DFG build out of Kage's. Morello to me is alright, but I don't find myself using its passive very much-- however, that might be because I suck. DFG gives supports who don't do much damage the ability to do some-- a 25% nuke is not to be underestimated. On the other hand is AUG. It builds from a FC, which is actually one of my favorite items in the game. This is how its kind of related to Morello's. It gives more mana regen, more AP and some MR. This essentially allows you to beat the other support b/c you can spam more, do more damage and take less than them. However, it doesn't build out of Kage's which means you lose the gp5. So in the end I rarely build Morello's. When winning I go AUG, when losing I go DFG. AUG lets me snowball a bit, DFG lets me try and make back some of the gold differential and do needed damage. Morello against Swain is pretty powerful. I think it's overrated. Even without his healing, it's very hard for you to outtrade Swain because of his high damage. The best bet is to just go all in against swain and burst him down, in which case you'll have ignite. I'd rather not invest the gold in the Morello's since you're still not gonna outtrade Swain with the healing debuff just cause of his sheer damage.

For the first few minutes, whatever the resolution the sound is kinda fine but the image is a slideshow. I didn't see if anyone answered your question, but I think I know the answer. Some streaming programs dynamically adjust your bitrate based on the amount of changes happening on the screen. Basically, the more things that are changing on screen means you use up more bandwidth. Conversely, a more "static" screen means you use much less bitrate. That makes the stream less stressful on your connection and your viewers. This is what you see with a League player who is sitting in queue for 15-25 minutes. The screen through that period, picks, and loading is relatively static. At least compared to when the game is actually going on. Once the game starts up, the streamer needs to start pushing a ton more bitrate to communicate the changes on screen. The streaming program is slowly ramping things up but it takes a while for things to equalize out between the streamer and the viewers. Day[9] has this issue with his dailies all the time. He shows a static logo for 15 minutes with music, then his stream lags for a little bit once he starts the daily. He's told his viewers time and again to just give it a minute and it equalizes out. Besides connection issues that can cause lag, that's the one, mostly unavoidable source of lag that would be almost exclusively at the start of games. Thanks!

Patch preview. Edit: thoughts. Nothing we didn't see in notes, other than the Sona buffs and Malz's Zone cast time. The Jax thing is great, good on them.
