Good malphite changes, the 0.2 ap ratio on E for compensation is pretty funny though. Glad they gave Ori her stun back on her ultimate... she and xerath will probably see more play this patch. In other news we have ANOTHER graves nerf.. they just never stop. Still gonna be my go to AD regardless. Lastly, I still have on idea wtf they're doing with kassadin
edit: Oh also I think 21 defense max W gp might be good this patch. Just farm with Q never go oom with philo

They gutted him completely.
The only way you'll be doing any more damage is if you build him full AD carry, which nobody does. Range on all skills reduced, gg.

I also noticed even though they list the changes to Twitch's stats, they don't list Evelynn's.
I imagine it's because Riot will hope people won't notice because they're barely changing her nerfed to hell base stats at all.
Supposedly they'll do another pass on her if she still feels to weak but ugh. Her stats are so weird for a melee champ. Her mana and armor are basically the lowest of any champ out there (great for a melee who spams spells) yet her attack speed is the highest of any champion. Wish they'd just normalize her a little better rather than balance her 'potential' around what stats she has.
