
E: I think it was mentioned here sometimes, does anyone know why certain streams start lagging like mad at the beginning of a game? For the first few minutes, whatever the resolution the sound is kinda fine but the image is a slideshow.

Push the lane when you're not there, the tower will steal kills from your opponent or just make it harder on them. And if they ignore it to follow you, your minions help push down the turret. You should really only push the turret yourself when you're safe. Don't do it solo when there's anyone mia, push when you get a successful gank or win a trade. You also generally don't want to push down super early. Once you push down a tower, it becomes much more difficult for you to farm your minions, so you want to push when you are more or less done with the "farm farm farm" phase and are going to focus on roaming or taking objectives. I believe now Malz minion priority is Hide in Bush > E > target Malz has auto'd in last 5 sec > valid enemy champion > return to Malz. Btw, minion dance OP. Re PBE: Accounts are free, you start off with 50k IP and RP. Get an additional amount of IP and RP each fortnight. Think I still have my initial PBE Account which should have a million IP and RP each. You don't get rune, rune pages or champions unlocked initially, but you should have enough free IP/RP to just buy and test whatever you feel like. | ||

The advice I always give is shove, shove, shove. Shove until their jungler or mid prove that they can stop you or punish you. Wards to keep track of jungle activity and a good map awareness/sense can keep you alive. This I feel especially holds true at lower elos where some people will struggle with last hitting effectively under a turret. Once you've got either a level or item advantage, then start freezing the lane and trying to force good engages. I should note, that this is more about mid/lower elo. Once you get to higher ranks people can handle it w/o losing out on many cs and junglers' awareness will punish you more frequently. | ||

Voidling background dancers OP. Expect hot fix. W cast time is pretty much instant; Malz doesn't even turn if you cast it behind yourself. Voidling proirity is now something like: Nether Grasp target>Malefic Visions target>Champion it was last attacking>Whatever you're attacking>Champions attacking you>Towers>Everything else. Voidlings stick much more strongly; they don't derp the moment E runs out, and they will continue to attack the target they're on until they run out of leash range or you slap an E/R on something else. Significantly less idle time, and they wake up the moment you attack something. Only saw one indecisive "Which one do I attack, I GUESS NEITHER" moment. They try to hide in bushes with you. Overall, a few derp moments here and there, but a looooot more consistent. | ||

New W has a 16-11s second cooldown, versus 24-16s. New E has a 13-9s cooldown, versus 16-12s. Basically they took all the cooldown reduction Xin got from attacking super fast and baked it into his abilities. This is a fundamentally good change because it means Xin no longer has to worry about both CDR and attack speed, but can focus on the former. It also makes it a lot easier for Riot to balance because they don't have to worry about Xin Zhao being unable to afford the attack speed to abuse the crap out of people. That said, I am having the most hellish time trying to break my old E->Q->W instinct. | ||
