The E change was last patch, this is just a flat 5 more energy from using the Q proc. The E buff was nice, but like you said unnecessary.

This Malphite nerf, I don't know.... seems too reactionary to his recent surge. Sometimes it's better to wait a while and see if the player base can figure out how to counter him.

I feel like 23s is way too bullshit of a cd at level 1. It could already be baited first if you wanted to gank her (BUT HEY THAT REQUIRES THINKING AHEAD, PROB TOO HARD RIGHT?), now show yourself, force a BS, go back to the fog of war, she won't be able to touch the whole next creep wave for fear of you still waiting in that bush. She's been permabanned for so long now, barely got to play her between her buffs and achieving that status, when they'll finally stop I'll be shit at her from lack of practice.
Also GP not plain and annoying enough I guess.

The E buff was actually really big because it's not nearly as big a commitment to proc a mark with E in lane as it is to autoattack, plus you can actually use the spell now. I'm surprised they still feel she has energy issues. The only change I would make would be to increase her missile speed a bit and maybe make her attack animation a little faster, she seems pretty good to me now. the buffs for her have been really subtle but you can definitely feel them after you spend some time playing her.

Wait...are you really complaining about Morgana? The champion needs to have a downside. Currently, she doesn't have one. Good spell vamp, impossible to gank, low mana costs, great team fighting. I don't ban her anymore, but she's a pretty bullshit champion.

I'm complaining about the way she's getting nerfed over and over since a string of buffs that weren't even close to cover what followed (she got buffs on her high mana costs, minimal MS, hard to use ult and horrendous aa animation, basically, then had her passive, CDs, base damage, scaling all hit, I probably missed some), and the fact that even though she's a very safe champion, she isn't devoid of counterplay but the majority is always keenier to whine about stuff and wait for a relief to be spoon-fed to them rather than think about what they can actually do themselves against it. Granted, it is not Riot's role to educate people on the matter. But I still find it grating.
Edit: and it's not even a case of "she's fine, don't nerf my champs", since as a result to that "I can't do it easily, therefore it must be broken" mentality she's permabanned and I haven't been able to touch her in ages.

I think they felt that gp10 items were giving too much stats, along with gp10. 50 hp is a huge reduction, nerfing an item by 20%, is a pretty big leap.... I wish they would've given it more thought, and just changed it to 230? or 225?
