You pay for the skin since that's the only thing you need to buy to be able to view it ingame. In-game or out-of-game, you can go look at the splash art through the champ viewer/other websites. The only exclusive content you have access to through paying money is the in-game model. Hence, that's the only component you actually paid for. | ||
