jax is done solo top a lot. pro players love him and he does a ton of lanes really well. there are a few tricks you can do to really ramp up the damage on him like double taping minons before jumping onto the other guy and then starting your stun. with a little bit of skill you can get 2 w's 2 r procs a q and an e without taking any aa damage. I saw wingsofdeath play him a few times and really loved starting to play him again.
I've been getting brawlers gloves first for ww into an arvarice blade and an executioners calling instead of going a wriggles route. I don't know if I've stumbled onto something epic or if I'm a horrible baddie. Please tell me if I'm a baddie okay?
Its 30% crit chance and 18% lifesteal I really like it especially for its cost and its damage. at least for a replacement for a wriggles. It gives more hp back with lifesteal because the proc in this case would return health and it would make your ganks a lot stronger when almost every third attack would crit. add in a ninja tabi and then a hexdrinker and my ganks get really strong while being a very good initiator snowballing into a GA and finaly atmogs.

you're a baddie should be going boots + 1 pot on ww, rushing wit's end it's okay though, avarice *seems* like it'd be okay on ww if you want gp10 you're gonna want hog though

If you're rushing for gp10, it's better to start regrowth pendant/hp crystal, as hp regen/hp is actually useful in the jungle.

not on warwick though he has no need for regen

Mana regen is non-terrible on lanewick, but you really don't need to press Q to clear your jungle efficiently. W is cheap as hell and clears camps fine. Q maybe on buff camps, but that's the most Q-ing you need. Besides, you'll probably pick up glacial/frozen heart eventually anyway.
Also, since WW NEEDS wriggle to keep his clear time decent, by the time you get around to building GP10 items, it's really too late for them to pay themselves off, so unless you really want shurelia or randuin it's not worth it.
Crit isn't very good for WW. You want on-hit items because they work better with his ult, and because your passive is magic damage (and makes up a reasonable part of your damage) crit won't ever do very much unless you were to build IE or something. And if you're building IE on WW, you're doing it wrong, you're not a carry. Not to mention wit's end gives you more damage on your Ulti than IE, while also giving you resists and being half the cost.

What kind of Junglewick are you? classified by starting items:
boots+1 - "I recognize Warwick's natural affinity for jungling. Boots will get me around the jungle faster, and allow me to early gan- HAHA JUST KIDDING I'm Warwick!" longsword + 1 - "I'm going wriggles because every jungler goes wriggles, right?" dagger + 1 - "I use the same runepage for every champion that autoattacks" cloth + 5 - "Stonewall said you can jungle any champion with cloth+5 and smite!" brawler's gloves + 2 - "If I increase my crit chance above 0%, it's like unlocking INFINITY DPS -- I saw some people saying it in General Discussion that one time" anything else - "GODDAMMIT I CALLED TOP FIRST YOU GUYS ARE ASSHOLES"

as a single-creep clearer anyway, wit's end provides about as much dps over time to creeps as wriggles does, and much higher dps to champs
if you want gp10 on ww you def want hog and i'd go something like boots + 1 pot, rush recurve, hog, finish wit's, finish mercs, w/e like frozen heart regrowth -> philo is definitely possible but i don't think it's necessary

I was wondering why high ground doesn't work like it does in Starcraft. If you are on a cliff, you can't see guys beneath you unless you have a ward there, and they basically work as line of sight blockers. Would anyone know why it doesn't work like that it LoL?

It would be unnecessary complexity that adds no real value for LoL. The terrain is basically all level as it is.

There's no distinction in high ground and low ground in LoL. There are only walls.

Ehh, there are certain gains to be had for slightly more complex vision mechanics. For one, it's a significant contributor to defender's advantage, that could be a factor in making it less likely for games to snowball.
It's not a huge deal either way, but it's also not "no real value".

Ok, thanks! It does look a little like a cliff overlooking the river though (on both sides)

Fixed that for you.
As for WW, can't you start Vamp too, to add to Flakes' list?

I don't really know enough about either Warwick or jungling to make a snarky remark about vamp scepter, but I was thinking about putting it after longsword: Vampiric Scepter - "I am also going wriggles, but I forgot what Warwick's passive does"

In broodwar you can see units that attack you and fire back with a lower chance to hit, in sc2 i think you can see them but cant attack?
more or less people on the cliff can see down, and people down the cliff can see up with those restrictions.
