Also the more I read it the more I'm going "WHAT THE FUCK" at the Nautilus nerfs. I don't see how you can call it a start, the cd nerf on Dredge Line if FUCKING HUGE, and so his the nerf on his ult. Unless your laners are good and adept at setting you up for a gank you feel really naked without your ult, especially botlane. The nerf on Mundo's ult cd actually managed to hit his ability to "always jungle, never back" pretty well, and knowing the feeling I got after that nerf, moving it to Nautilus with whom I felt his ult was a big component of his play I'm really not liking it. I'd have been fine with another nerf on his W damage at higher levels, and his ult's damage, but nerfing both damage and CD on Q and R ? WHAT THE FUCK?! Liking the W change on Soraka, and nerfing Kennen's ability to harass unscathed can't be a bad thing. | ||

You still have 4 forms of CC, 3 of which are hard CC, 1 of which has the potential to knock up the entire team and is 99% unavoidable (black shield, troll pole/pool). His early game ganks are barely less terrifying than Alistar's. He still has the same utility, you just have to be smarter with it. Nautilus does not need damage to be good. He is ridiculously tanky and does a lot of damage with his W. Currently, in mid, when Nautilus hits 6 you die. Almost no questions asked. Are these nerfs significant? Absolutely. Will he fall out of flavor? I sure hope so. | ||

Oriana wasn't really even a bad champ prior to this patch, just underplayed. Basically the q is her strongest tool for zoning, which is why when playing ap mid you want to max it first for the reduced cool down. Basically in lane you want to just zone with q and harass with auto's and use your w when you're positive the w will connect. You just poke them down, and when you hit 6 you can burst for like 400+ magic damage and ignite to get a kill on most squishies at 60% life. The problems I see with maxing w before q, is this is where I think people run into mana issues. W's mana cost increases with lvl while q's stays flat. Maxing W isn't going to give you a free win in lane like maxing Q, but it is extremely useful to have max w in team fights. So in solo queue, R>Q>W>E, but in arranged teams, maxing W can be better for the earlier team fights. It's like Karthus, in solo queue maxing q will give you ez mode farming, but in an arranged team, maxing wall of pain at 9 can flat out win a team fight. Orianna is pretty versatile though, seriously try EW max in a normal and build chalice/philo/catalyst, triforce, atmogs with 14-7-9 some kind of mana regen + ad rune page. | ||

I suppose. I've always considered hard CC as something that restricts movement. But ok. Still 4 forms of CC, and a root on auto-attack as a passive is nothing to scoff at. | ||

What they need to do with him I think is make his casting animations quicker.He was never really popular and they still nerfed his mines a second time which I really didn't get,although the first nerf was justified. I would really love to see more ziggs play now that kog and khart got nerfed pretty hard,but I don't think it's going to happen. | ||

More mobility, built in sustain and tankiness, and a better ult. Which is sad, cuz Ziggs is super fun to play. And I think the Xerath buff was more of an "attention buff". Riot made a fairly strong but super boring mid, and they are real sad about it. | ||

I would really love to see more ziggs play now that kog and khart got nerfed pretty hard,but I don't think it's going to happen. tbh zigg's biggest weakness is the fact that his main damage spell needs to be spammed and it costs WAY too much mana. before the next patch, Ziggs without any mana items can only cast his Q like 10~ times before he goes oom, which is just ridiculous. whenever I play him it feels like I'm playing Skarner before his mana buffs; always oom never not oom. | ||

While I sorta agree they fill different rolls.Ziggs has far more map presence with his ult than gragas early on and later while gragas has the far superior team fight ult on a short cd,his other skill is not that spammable as a ziggs Q and imo a late game ziggs with a lich bane with the right team around him is scary as fuck.Than again Gragas has far better scale on his spell as well so meh idk. I think you can't really say that one cancels the other guy out as a pick I think.They are both very underplayed right now tho. | ||
