The one cool thing that I can think of is the awesomeness of TWO morde ghosts running around. Also if leblanc could do a QRR combo with the 2nd R increasing the first R's damage by 40% O.O It's pretty obvious that it'd make burst casters much better to their counterparts.

That would absolutely break the game by making ap casters far stronger then anything else, and would probably be an item you 100% build on anyone who has even the slightest interest in the stats on it. Also, it would probably make whoever gets it first rape midlane completely. Imagine an ahri with double ult + double combo. I doubt any mid can survive vs that, and it will happen again instantly when you come back to lane. Basically anything bursty will get a 100% kill on anyone with something like that.

Edit: made some changes to the post to make my question more clear

Karthus would get a pentakill literally every time he died.
-.-
Also, imagine how broken it would be if say LB could instagib two champs. She would never lose.

Good Guy Bly
I'm probably going to rewatch those at some point to see what I did to get so much CS

its called a refresher orb in dota and it would be crazy op for any kind of refresh.

Not to mention that Refresher Orb is tamed by the fact that it has absolutely garbage stats.
If you actually gave it sensible stats, it would be ridiculously OP in the context of either game.

2 items that would break LoL:
refresherorb and BKB
Good thing Riot already annouced (in interview a while ago) that they wont be put in the game.

That and abilities dont actually scale in DotA. AP/AD ratios dont exist.

Yeah. And its price and stats besides the active would obviously be so that you don't get much out of rushing it first. Like costing equal to or a bit more than DC and only giving a moderate amount of AP. I don't know about the cooldown on the active but I guess anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes.
I guess it wouldn't work just because APs actually scale in LoL and cc in DOTA is already pretty crazy.

I'd rush it on Tristana.
Use W+Flash and then Double ult them into your tower.
Guaranteed kill, imo.

Of the item actives in DotA:
BKB, Sheepstick, Force Staff, Refresher, Lothar's, Abyssal Blade are far too strong. Shiva's, Eul's, Dagon, Rod of Atos, Pipe, Janggo are already in the game in some form. Mekansm, Arcane Boots, Urn, Tranquil Boots, Soul Ring, Magic Wand are incompatible with something of Riot's design philosophy (e.g. too powerful as sustain items) Manta, Necronomicon, Helm of the Dominator, Diffusal Blade use mechanics that aren't really sensible in the context of LoL.
Blade Mail, Orchid, Veil, Buckler, Medallion, Ghost Scepter/EBlade, Armlet, Mjollnir, Satanic, Mask of Madness are all probably portable with some modifications.

The cooldown in DotA is already 3 minutes, and the item had to have awful stats to make it manageable. It has approximately the same cost as Sheepstick (which also still has a powerful active), but gives stuff like +damage and HP regen and gives almost no raw stats.
To be balanced in the context of LoL, the item would have to have a CD of 7-8 minutes, and if it was priced around Deathcap, it would have to give miniscule amounts of other stats. the active really is just that powerful.

The item I wanna see them add to LoL from DotA is Smoke of Deceit. That thing is just cool.
I think it'd make higher level games much more exciting and it doesn't neccesarily break LoL's design theory at all because low level players just learning the game dont buy wards or look at the minimap anyway.

Back when Riot was still discussing the stealth remake, the plan looked to be to make long duration stealth functionally equivalent to Smoke of Deceit.

I like Smoke as an item, but I don't think it would work too well on Summoner's Rift. SR is much smaller than the Dota map afaik, and the way you can navigate through the map is far more restricted as well.
I'd love if I'm wrong, but logistically, I'm not sure it would work.

Smoke's also really only balanced by the fact that it has a 12 minute cooldown in DotA. Riot hasn't ever said they want to implement in-shop cooldowns, and without one, Smoke could lead to some pretty degenerate gameplay.

I buy Nautilus since he looks pretty nice in the jungle, very mmm stable, consistent. First game ends up 7/1/something and everyone seemed to get along in the team, except right at the end when enemy team surrenders our top Malph takes a go at me for not ganking his lane. Couldn't be happy with a good game won, I don't understand. Ok so he was against Teemo and I couldn't really aproach other than through lane because shrooms, but he wasn't doing bad, down 50ish cs but up 2 kills and some assists and Teemo was just sitting top and couldn't even get the tower down, he was literally non factor in the game. Sigh. I'm already reluctant to queue up and play very casually, just can't please everyone I guess.
Naut is fun though, the amount of CC he has is sickening! Even nablet like me could pull off ganks on him.
