I don't think Varus is bad or anything I just dunno how many lanes he has bottom that he can 'win' because his dps is really shitty and I don't think his burst is all that great. Granted, neither of these things prevents Ashe from doing fine in lane but Ashe also has a lot more utility. edit: Varus is still really new. So I'm not trying to make too many judgements on him. I think he's definitely viable. Just first hand experience has been me winning lanes that aren't even close against Varus. Could just be people not used to Varus yet or I could just be laning against people who are bad that I would beat regardless of which AD they pick. | ||

He's actually really good at csing even with his really low base ad because of W and his passive. I like him :D | ||

It's basic stuff, like the "yeah I can't tank nashor with wriggles phage as MF, even with W on, but I saw a Varus do it, Varus OP", sure, but you never think about the context instead, considering the lack of steroids on the one that succeeded? Knee jerk people... | ||

If he's using only his spells, that's pretty sub-optimal damage. 25 range isn't that big a deal when you consider the only thing he has defensively is a weak slow. Vayne at least has Tumble, Varus has nothing that repositions him/acts an escape. Once he's caught, he's caught. Also note that unlike Rageblade or Nashor's, PD gives movespeed, meaning Vayne would be faster after Zeal. I'm just arguing as to why a traditional AD carry build would be better than a Hybrid/AS build. Context is relevant. | ||
