All spells attempted to be cast while crowd controlled (stunned, snared, etc) will now cast immediately at the end of the effect I wonder how much this will mess up players for a while. And also :D Fixed a bug where players could not spam emotes to their heart's content | ||

As it stands, Cho's rupture is nothing about how good you are at landing it and everything about your opponent's ability to move out of the way. | ||

So instead of making the skill a mindgame between the user and the enemy, you'd rather make it an "oh my opponent can see the red circle and has boots so now I can't land anything without being set up"? Also, Kunkka from DotA. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's fun to play, not un-fun to play against, and blind Torrents/Torrent juking makes some of the best spectator moments. | ||
