I think he had 21/0/9 and going q>e>w, and even then he wasn't consistently oneshotting ranged w/ E until a bit after abyssal. That said he didn't miss much in the ways of CS at all even before he can just oneshot wave.

not surprising, galio is one of the most farm friendly champs out there, i get 200/18 mins on average(mid lane)

Like all aura items: if two or more people have it, they'll receive the aura from themselves and from "an exterior source".

It's the same as all other aura items. The bearers can stack it up to twice, but for everyone else they only get it once.

Well this should be an interesting patch, because I think it is confirmable that naut is the only overpowered champion in the game right now. He literally has more cc than anything in the game, and mass aoe damage to farm the jungle with, and a damage shield. The perfect skill set for a tank/support/cc jungler.
