I think the best top laner I’ve ever faced top was Wickd trailing behind him I would say Voyboy. For any other top laners I haven't played them enough to determine it, such as soaz or darien. I've never played against them at all or enough. If we were going by experience for who has beaten me top the most I would say burbs who isn't even a pro player.

Rageblade is really REALLY good on him. If i recall correctly, 3 AA + 1 skill (which triggers max W), so 4 stacks on Rageblade, hits his scaling % breakpoint on W, which means baller damage.

Main problem with AS/AP hybrid is his long-ish cooldowns, but maybe it wouldn't be all that bad to build Nashor's on him.

So the build would be something like IE, NT, BT, defensive item specific to enemy team comp, beserkers greaves or boots related to enemy team comp, and then the last item can vary based on the enemy team. If I am face-rolling I'd consider a PD as last item, if I am dying then maybe a GA or another defensive item.

Also, I'm seeing normals right now in featured games, one had a level 23 account in it. Great. Only saw Varus win lanes, but only saw the opposing AD or support playing like a total retard too. Doesn't make me learn much.
