It always adds all the values together before rounding up the number as far as I know.It shows the rounded value but the internal stays decimal I think.

I think they use rounded numbers for all practical purposes. My reasoning behind this is that akali's passive activates with +6.6 ad in runes & + 3 ad in masteries (so 9.6 ad for a passive that requires 10 ad to activate).

they specifically made akali work with numbers that are lower than the displayed round ones so you could rune into them more easily.

Fractional stats exist and as far as I know aren't rounded in this game.

Yorick destroys teemo toplane tho, havent seen a teemo beat a good yorick in a long time. Since teemo Q only blocks the damage part of the Yorick Q while the ghoul still pops

Are chat lobbies in champion select working again on NA?

Also, randomly tuned into Dyrus' stream last night and caught him playing a bunch of games as solo top Nautilus - anyone know of any other streamers who play the anchorman top? AFAIK chu8 sometimes goes mid with him, but never seen it in action.

Quick question:
according to league wiki and ingame tooltip Jarmanders E (flag) grants him bonus asped and arm when you have it lvled. I am pretty sure i only got the bonus asped and armor when I actually placed the flag down. Has anyone else seen this and can confirm/deny it for me? Thanks

it gives bonus armor and as and when you drop the flag the flag has an aura that gives bonus armor and as as well. so when you lvl it you get the bonus stats and when you drop the flag you get double the bonus stats as long as you stay in range.

Jarvan has super low base armour so you don't notice it being high until you place the flag.

Ugh, so today I've finally got around to playing a lot of ranked 5's w/ friends and shit, and pretty much got relegated to top lane (which I'm absolutely terrible at).

What are some ezpz top-laners that don't have a lot of counters?
Also, how do I lane as nidalee against olaf? I just felt like i got my face smashed in so hard.

Uh... I guess as long as you can dodge his Q you're good? Get a phage (directly or after wriggles), abuse your movespeed in the bushes, harass him as he's got no way to retaliate/farm if you zone him other than Q.

For other easy and strong top laners, I'd say Teemo, Warwick, Shen. But Olaf and those last two are often banned.
Riven super strong but not totally faceroll.

And of course, it's the opportunity for you to embrace the awesomeness of Mantheon.

You should also learn a few ap's with escapes that can top lane for a double WotA comp. Vlad/Gragas/Kennen come to mind. You could try Ryze, or some casters with out escapes, but you're going to rely on summoners to escape ganks if you get caught early. I've had some success with ghost flash on casters with no escape up top.

I saw chu playing him top a couple times too, i remember him completly destroying a riven the other day, not sure if the riven was bad or if the matchup is really Naut-favored though.
