She doesn't get picked that much in tourney play recently and her ult is certainly weaker than amumus.

I think morg's problem is that she's fundamentally a burst caster. In an average teamfight, even with blue she'll get off 1-2 binds, which may or may not land, a puddle that few people are going to stand in, and a gamechanging ultimate with pretty absurd damage. With the general trend towards tankiness for everybody except the AD carry though, morg's kit just gets worse and worse, and the casters with better sustained damage better and better. She does have her place though, because she's one of the most noob friendly champions in the game.

Wait how does Riven have sustain at all and how is GP's orange even close to "high" sustain?

I didn't say she wasn't good, I just said calling her OP sounds a bit 6 months ago. I think people are starting to use galio in place of though, they aren't all that different

i am trying my AD support and have problem with my items, heres what i usually get
attack speed boot > BT > IE > black cleaver
I was told to get PD instead of black cleaver and was wondering whats the reason since I think cleaver is better due to +dmg and speed.

Crit, especially after IE, is a huuuuge damage boost for AD, getting near 100% crit chance is very important.
You need the move-speed to be able to kite effectively.

Because attack damage is multiplicative; Once you have one big BF sword item, you actually get significantly more damage out of building a Phantom Dancer and hitting 55% more often than you get from just having another AD item: As soon as you hit ~200 AD attack speed much better than stacking more AD. Plus PD really good because it gives you movespeed and crit chance as well, an once you have a decent amount of crit it basically just a flat percentage increase to your damage, again, AD damage is multiplicative unlike Ap damage.
I also dont think Black Cleaver is that good because it scales really poorly against opponents who have armor. I think the break-point is like 80-90 armor and Last Whisper starts being more effective, and that's with full Cleaver stacks... considering Last Whisper just cheaper too... get LW.

I've been saying morg isn't nearly as strong as people think she is for months now. She is pretty counterable in lane. Black shield and her ult are incredibly strong, but if you know how to play around them, there are a lot of mages who do well. I also find her extremely boring to play.

Max dem oranges!
Although I don't know why this would be a problem, because if you max oranges then you have to play super passive as pirate, so it's not like you're massive threat...

Well you still have your ult and your excellent lategame scaling, so you don't care, you're just immovable and you're all "Whatever, dude, I get bonus gold on my cs, and guess what, we're in a farm lane now".

One of the most noob friendly champs in the game? She's extremely binary, miss a bind and have a bad ult and you do NOTHING, no matter how farmed you are.

Maxing oranges allows you to q farm vs just about any lane with gp. Not gonna win a single lane with it but not gonna lose too hard either. Riven I get; she has such insane damage on her passive boosted autos that her sustain with just 2 dorans is pretty good. Combined with her E shield it's hard to make damage stick on her without taking a load yourself. So she doesn't have innate sustain but her kit makes it hard to harass her out of lane.

Depending on your goals it can actually go either way. You don't lose much DPS skipping PD for BC unless against super high armor targets (150+) but you *do* lose the mobility.
80-90 armor is pretty far below the break even point which is more like 130 armor and I'd skip LW entirely below 106 armor. The point remains though that BC is more early game focused and doesn't give you as much mobility and kiting ability as PD.

Well, the system is pretty bugged right now. I have about 3/4 of mine missing still. I did get IP rewards for all of those above level 5 right away, but the other awards are only for level 10+. I only have referrals showing from the period of 3/19/11 to 4/25/11.

I was told to get PD instead of black cleaver and was wondering whats the reason since I think cleaver is better due to +dmg and speed. You should do the calculations yourself. http://leaguecraft.com/builder/tristana/?items=89,60,83&runes=45,45,45,45,45,45,45,45,45&level=18&masteries=1302400410013030100000000000000000000000000000000
I don't know your runes or masteries so my calculations are slightly inaccurate. When it comes to maximizing dps though, with my own setup, it's more efficient to go IE, Pdancer, Pdancer than anything else at that gold level. LW becoming better than the second pdancer for targets above 200 armor.
I think people are pretty greedy in solo queue and even when they're melee often don't build tanky. The most important thing I need to do calculations are whether you've gone 9 into the offensive tree for 10% arpen(multiplicative with last whisper), 21 for 4/6 in arpen, and what your runes are (arpen, aspd).

Maxing oranges first is all i do with gp. Fucker is so god damn weak in lane.
