If CDR is a priority over damage you get CDR boots. With runes/masteries and a blue elixir it's pretty simple to hit 35-40% CDR from there. Ironically the primary reason to get DFG on someone like Lulu is for the extra nuke/damage. You get Deathcap on Lulu because you want to make her shield/ult burst defense super strong, and it also helps her Q poke. | ||
