I don't think I'd start Vamp Scepter on panth... No way you get enough sustain. Not to mention, Pantheon not really a farmy jungler. As far as I am concerned only reason to run Panth in the jungle is to just kill lanes over and over again. | ||

Cloth 5 isn't used much anymore, but vampiric scepter is very inflexible. If you get counterjungled and forced off your standard path, forced to reset on a camp to fight off an invade, try to gank and take damage, etc., you often can't continue clearing your jungle. If you do, you'll be so low that an invade is almost a guaranteed death. The reason so many junglers open boots 3 these days is because its flexible and allows for both farming and ganking. I prefer boots 3 or rejuv pot on pretty much all of my junglers. | ||

Technically hes got all the makings of a good jungler: Sustain (Q) Slow (W) Gap Closer (E) Ability to tower dive (R) Plus stupid auto attack damage aswell. Seems like no one thinks of him as a A class jungler, why? | ||

Although to say it is any more riksy than regrowth pendant is wrong imo- you have a single pot vs none, but regrowth does less for you than a vamp does in any fighting situation, even in killing creeps.
