Classic old-school CLG poke-heal comp was Nidalee, TF, Cait, Trundle, Sona. Koggles also works well. | ||

Good jungles: Maokai: Sapling poke, CC, ult that discourages being initaited on Mundo: Actually solid poke with Q dealing percentage health, not much CC though Chogath: huge deterrant to being initiated on, 3 second AOE silence and knockup which is good for poke, and really good for people charging you | ||

I don't feel like there are poke options for top other than nid and ken. You probably want to ban out leona and maybe GP. | ||

Nid and kennen for top. Ahri would be a really good mid for this in my opinion, tho tf orianna gragas and possibly lux and viktor would seem to be good as well. Ashe, Ezreal, cait and corki would be good ad carries janna for her ult/passive/q/w and sona for her ult/e would work for support. trundle jungle...possibly cho though he would be less reliable. I've seen CLG use: Nid/kennen top Nid/TF/Orianna mid Trundle jungle cait/corki/urgot ad sona and janna support | ||

Garen and shyvana would have to push him around really hard early because after 6 I think jax can just auto them down. The 25% aoe reduced damage is really strong against those two. The rest would be better choices imo. Haven't played all those matchups a lot, though, so I could very well be wrong. | ||

I had an ez pinned up against the wall, half health, my ult (vayne) active when I was at like 60% health, and she was able to keep that ez alive for fucking EVER. Also: bad jannas are VERY bad. And its VERY easy to tell when a bad janna is supporting you. I.E when she is no help WHATSOEVER in above situation. | ||

Of course they're both still strong but the blue buff nerf hurt those two champions more than it hurt any other APs so it makes sense that they get some kind of reduced mana cost on their ults to make up for it. Of course, it should definitely be minor but I don't think Riot is going to over due it. Also I wouldn't mind a Swain fotm. Maybe it'd get more people to play him so that Riot would release a new Swain skin. | ||
