FH's attack speed slow is actually stronger than the passive proc from Randuin's. This is because the passive proc on Warden's Mail/Randuin's Omen is the only attack speed slow in the game which isn't multiplicative. Unlike other attack speed slows it's subtracted from the champion's attack speed.

So if you have an Ashe with 2.5 attack speed:

FH: 2.5 * 0.8 = 2
Randuin's (Active Ability): 2.5 * .65 = 1.625
Randuins (Passive Proc): 2.5 - .658 * .35 = 2.2697

Basically FH is stronger for the purposes of slowing the attack speed of enemies than Randuin's, whereas Randuin's is better if you're trying to avoid being kited since both the passive and the active had movement speed slows in addition to attack speed slows.

plz do the math on all 3 stacked at the same time, then with all 3 + malph e. im lazy but curious.

maybe add nunu snowball for teh lulz. cant think of any other attack speed slows atm.

ezreal W, nasus wither... there's a cap on how low your attack speed can go as I recall though. EDIT: No that's just move speed isn't it?

Nasus. Although Nasus by himself can basically keep a one person under permanent randuins+ slow.

Frogurt was the jungler the last games, no?
Interesting, Kerp jungles and frogurt goes mid on TF, maybe they switched because one of them can't play the opposite champion too well

Wither (95%)
Cripple (60%)
Ground Slam (50%)
Barrel Roll (40%)
Essence Flux (40%... more than I thought. Hmm.)

Plus

Dragon (20%)
Frozen Heart (20%)
Randuin's Active (35%)

So at 2.5 attack speed...

2.5 * 0.05 * 0.4 * 0.5 * 0.6 * 0.6 * 0.8 * 0.8 * 0.65 = 0.003744 attacks per second, or one attack every 267 seconds, which is one attack every 4 and a half minutes.

I don't know how to add randuins active into that.

Not often, but in the theoretical case Ashe would need to have 1.1515 attack speed in order for FH and the Randuin's passive proc to be equal. By the time you can reasonably finish either item Ashe (or any other carry) should be well past that point.

The math is very similar to APen/MPen math.

(Current Attack Speed - Base Attack Speed * .35) * Multiplier 1 * Multiplier 2 * Multiplier 3 ... = Final Attack Speed

In Malphite's case:

(2.5 - .658 * .35) * .8 * .65 * .5 = .59 Attack Speed

Adding Nunu (.4) brings it down to .236 Attack Speed.

It's not in the wiki, but minimum attack speed is 0.2. It's easily testable with Nasus against any champion as a 95% slow will drop attack speed below that point even if you have 2.5s attack speed.

I didn't take it into account because it's temporary, whereas FH is active as long as you're alive. 3-5 seconds after the Randuin's active is over the cumulative effect of FH surpasses it.

the twin-fang cast animation was a big deal, i remember a lot of ppl complaining about how the cd negation on twin fang didn't even really work because it took so damn long for the fang to travel.

Cass got buffed like 5 patches in a row or something like that, just about everyone knew she was strong, just considering how many skillshots / skillshot dependent spells she had people had to learn how to play her.

only sydtko is complete and utter trash. so it doesn't really count.

Like the best thing you can say about him is that he is at least better than grackis. I'd probably take Scyx17 over him though.
