So if you have an Ashe with 2.5 attack speed: FH: 2.5 * 0.8 = 2 Randuin's (Active Ability): 2.5 * .65 = 1.625 Randuins (Passive Proc): 2.5 - .658 * .35 = 2.2697 Basically FH is stronger for the purposes of slowing the attack speed of enemies than Randuin's, whereas Randuin's is better if you're trying to avoid being kited since both the passive and the active had movement speed slows in addition to attack speed slows. | ||

Nasus. Although Nasus by himself can basically keep a one person under permanent randuins+ slow. | ||

No minimum. The 5 strongest hero debuffs are Wither (95%) Cripple (60%) Ground Slam (50%) Barrel Roll (40%) Essence Flux (40%... more than I thought. Hmm.) Plus Dragon (20%) Frozen Heart (20%) Randuin's Active (35%) So at 2.5 attack speed... 2.5 * 0.05 * 0.4 * 0.5 * 0.6 * 0.6 * 0.8 * 0.8 * 0.65 = 0.003744 attacks per second, or one attack every 267 seconds, which is one attack every 4 and a half minutes. I don't know how to add randuins active into that. | ||

Cass got buffed like 5 patches in a row or something like that, just about everyone knew she was strong, just considering how many skillshots / skillshot dependent spells she had people had to learn how to play her. | ||
