Which isn't related to stream discussion T3T While I am not neo, Im fairly sure he would say something along the lines of: If it is something that can actually be broken down in terms of olaf's effectiveness in the current meta, it should be in the olaf thread or this one. If its "hey look how cool dyrus is for holding a lane 1v2 in this game with olaf" probably should go in ye olde lol stream and scrims and randome bouts threade. Which is neither. You won't talk about the viability of Olaf in the big picture of LoL in the Olaf thread since not an Olaf related question but a composition/picks related question.

so i think lulu is pretty great, super fun i think riot did some good work making sure that her utility spells were not her damage spells, giving you incentive to level them up evenly instead of maxing 1 or the other. this makes her a better support than AP. (i.e. the slow on her Q is a ridiculous 80% at level 1 but doesn't increase with level. but it's also her damage nuke so you're encouraged to level other skills instead, making her a more rounded support)
she's a good mix of zilean + karma, in fact i think she can basically be the support that they wanted karma to be, and they can move karma to a pure AP role now.
since karma has no ult, they just need to buff her skills to do 6 levels worth of damage instead of 5 levels worth of damage through 6 levels, and give her an extra mantra charge and boom, she's a normal AP champ now
good work riot

Speaking of Swain, what do people usually max first on him? Seems like Q is the way to go, but I've also heard arguments for E.

Definitely E. It doesn't rely on tether (which means you can cast it from a further distance), does only a bit less damage, and boosts your Q, AA and later ultimate damage.
Also, the Korean announcer sounds kind of... bored to me.
EDIT:

Additionally, his attack frame will be getting an update so he has an easier time last hitting early on in the game.
Oh HELL yes. I don't even care about the mana drain on his ult anymore, that makes my day.

the lulu - karma comparison is kinda weird. If anything I would compare her to janna, with her shield, cc and knockback.
But I agree that her kit is very well designed in theory (as expected). Some of her spells seem to be more situational than others, like W on ally cast but things like that make for interesting decision making. She is also the first ranged support with a long hardcc, which I really like. Her ult looks very interesting too. I bet were gonna see alot of Lulus running around in the next few months just because everyone is bored of playing the same couple supports for such a long time. I'am looking forward to play her as well because I like ranged supports much more.

We have almost no utility/AP-carry hybrids in the game. Zilean and Orianna are the closest we have, and adding more semi-carry/utility champs like Karma can make the game a lot more interesting.
It's the conscious decision to sacrifice late game damage for more utility. This would be especially good if these guys can survive top lane, or if the AP-mid meta shifts, so you can have this guy along with the standard ad bruiser+ad+ap+support.

Does anybody know what this game CLG.eu and aAa are about to play? Looks like some sort of AL organized thing but I don't see anything on their website about it.

This free Orianna week started yesterday, let those free Orianna legions get to you before to think you're meeting bad ones? ^^
I've been pulling allnighters due to having a momentary school break.

Man, Lulu ult baits kids harder than anything I've ever seen before. Knockup + aoe slow on a 3-600 heal that ignores ignite so goooddddd.

I can't check the information myself: is Lulu's W (polymorph) affected by tenacity? :X

yes.
Also, did anyone else leave the login screen on just to let the music loop a few times?
