One gripe on the fairness side of things, is the 80% slow on the Q. That's not a total joke to get at level 1 is it.....
Well it's only a short duration. And no matter how you turn it a short slow is way less powerfull then a short stun, something that's available on a wide variety of champs on level 1. But yes, she becomes incredibly good in small skirmishes from level 6 on. Her ult is so versatile, strong for it's knockup; strong for it's slow; strong for it's hp, relatively short cd.

Has there ever been a discussion as to the fastest way to level up a new account? TT/SR/Dominion? I'm leveling up a smurf to play ranked with my more scrubby friends and any input would be appreciated. I'd prefer to not spend cash on boosts, but we'll see.

I think the real joke is her damage. The passive gives her an additional 9+(6*lvl) magic damage per attack if all bolts hit and she has two direct damage spells (q + e). And on top of that she slows...

Lulu really really strong.

For starters, if you really want to level up fast, you obviously want XP boosts. But those cost money. If you do decide to use those (I wouldn't unless you also grab the IP boosts and shell out some money for a runepage bundle and maybe a champ bundle), then you supposedly can stack timed boosts and X games boosts, which then gives you 4 times the XP.
Otherwise, you're stuck with grinding games for a month or longer unless you really don't have anything else to do. Pick a game mode that is fun for you because a few days longer is well worth it if you aren't frustrated for a month. I mean it, playing with randoms can be frustrating enough as it is.

Could do it Nhat Nguyen style and go for these runes:
1 gold 2 movespeed quints 8 gold 1 armor yellow armor reds mana regen/lvl blues
I've been playing with that setup the last couple days and it works extremely well. Spam Q all you want and never go oom, just have to be careful with EQ. Same amount of GP10 as normal gold quints and the extra movement speed helps a lot.
Not sure if he actually still uses those but he was a few days ago.

You can crank out bot games on dominion in 10 minutes or less. For fun.

is there any build for Fiora? I have tried using her the whole day and lost 80% of the games due to feeding T_T, I went for AD and health ,not sure if its the correct move.

Open some dblades and/or wriggle's and then go either wit's end + phage -> onhit/lifesteal shit or straight to bloodthirster. Get GA when you want some defense and when it's up just bait them into killing you, then immediately ult on respawn.

Don't you love that moment when you you realize you tanking many many minions? Minions do the damages man.
-.-

I find the problem with her that you need damage to do your job of killing people but then you die way to fast. Unlike other assassins she has nothing to save her once she dives and no her ult doesnt cut it for that. Also she basicly has a 3sec dmg window that a single exhaust or stun stops.

yeah exhaust and stuns made the ulti looks shit lol. I always dive in with Q then ulti, most of the time they left like 10-20% and i cant finish it....

he's talking about the E, not the ult.

On the subject of Melee DPS, it's kind of amazing Yi has such ridiculous steriods and base stats (and a good gap closer/ farm) and is still not really functional. Does he need to permenantly gain movespeed every CS or something?

Making his passive work like Noc or shen would be a start....

He needs to be able to tank which he cant. Every melee dps without the ability to tank or escape/evade (see akalis shroud) is considered bad because cc and focussed dmg just kill them instantly

Melees with good steriods but no burst need to be tanky, yi isnt which makes him a hard sell in a competitive situation.
You see full tanks mundos and shit get insta killed in competitive, you think yi stands a chance?

Plus, meta seems to be telling us that all carries need to be able to slaughter minion waves thoughtlessly.

Twitch.tv/dye44 for those interested He uses a jungle timer software. Isn't that cheating How the hell is that cheating lol? It makes you a worse player but it's in no way cheating. "Omg you wrote down drag respawn in chat you fucking cheater!" A program that announces that a buff will respawn soon is most certainly not the same as writing a note in the chat. Both help you to time the buffs, but there are two important differences: a) One is an external program while the other method is "in-game". b) The note is passive in a sense that you still have to think about opening the chat and checking the time while the announcer program will actively remind you. That is in my opinion a huge difference. I would call it cheating because the player gains an advantage due to the use of a 3rd party program and for me that generally means that you implicitly broke the ruleset of the game. So would you consider it cheating to use an egg timer or something like that? Depends on what you exactly do. You need to gain an actual advantage. You can also write down the times on a notepad with a physical pen. That is also not "in-game" but it is more of a disadvantage than using the chat box in my opinion. I would also like to add, that I don't think it is so much off a big deal since the advantage you gain is rather small. I believe the problem is not the "in-game" part, but more the "it does stuff for me". Whether the timer is written in-game, on a notepad or simply in my head, I am still the one who had to write down the timer. I have not seen what the software is, but it seems like it takes the timer automatically. Anyways, it also reminds the player about the timers, which takes away responsability from the player from having to remember to look at the timers. Even though custom skins are "in-game", they change nothing in gameplay, so they are accepted. Afaik, unless it's a new program, you just press F1 or whatever keybind you choose to start the blue timer, f2 for red etc. It does nothing automatically, it requires input to start the countdown.
