from there its really dependent on the game...if you need an initiator ( obviously not ideal but sometimes you gotta build for it) then you'll probably want atmogs or something. I find him to be a lot more effective built like riven though, with GA/BT

Wickd plays Riven and Renekton primarily these days since Irelia dropped off. He streaming alot lately and hes just melting facing with the big croc, check out his stream if u want tips on renekton.

For my caster page should I run:
Flat/AP quints, Mpen reds, ap/lvl yellows and ap/lvl blues
or
Flat/AP quints, Mpen reds, health/lvl and mr blues
I don't know if the extra ap is worth it.

have you ever thought about mregen yellows? they are pretty good unless you just don't have them. i think health yellows>apyellows

it really depends on how comfortable you feel without defensive stats and how aggressive you play. If you like to play aggressively then the extra AP from your runes can really help you dominate your lane. On the other hand, if you're less aggressive defensive runes may be helpful. Personally, I run AP yellows and blues, Mpen reds, and movespeed quints on my AP runepage because the extra movement speed is very useful for dodging and landing skills.
EDIT: I really don't like mana regen runes unless it's absolutely necessary. They're not needed if you're playing well in the vast majority of cases and using them can become an unnecessary crutch.

I run AP quints, Mpen reds, mregen yellows, and either AP/Lvl blues or flat MR blues depending on who I'm facing.

For a generic caster page, take defensive seals and glyphs. For special pages (matchup specific, not just your champ but also the enemy champ) it could be different.

Imagine Riot implemented a RP only buff timer. Picture how the community would react.

A program that announces that a buff will respawn soon is most certainly not the same as writing a note in the chat. Both help you to time the buffs, but there are two important differences:
a) One is an external program while the other method is "in-game".
b) The note is passive in a sense that you still have to think about opening the chat and checking the time while the announcer program will actively remind you. That is in my opinion a huge difference.
I would call it cheating because the player gains an advantage due to the use of a 3rd party program and for me that generally means that you implicitly broke the ruleset of the game.

Not at all since all you need to do is enter B in chat for blue buff as soon as you kill it, chat has timestamps now. At most you require 2-3 more button presses and aren't reminded when it's almost up.
