Which is a little ridiculous considering it's Singed's ult...oh, AND Singed's E. I don't think Volibear is necessarily OP, I just think his kit is really freaking stupid. I think when you have his kit on 1 champ, its fairly OP. A move speed steroid/ fling, AoE slow that also damages, attack speed steroid/execute, and then massive AoE damage. And he scales with health. And is a bear with armor. I mean, conceptually and thinking about his kit and such, yeah I think he's op. But I haven't actually seen one do particularly well. The only 2 times I've laned against him was top with Kennen, and it was entirely too easy. Haven't seen a successful one in the jungle yet. I have seen Volibear done well. Jungle Bear ganks are wicked scary. If he flips you, you are dead. No questions asked. In team fights the AoE slow is really strong as is his disruption with flip and then he gets good AoE damage from his ult. Yeah you can CC him, but if you spend your CC on him and he is built as a tank (which he should be) then he has done his job IMO. And even if you have enough burst to get him down (unlikely,) his passive also restores 30% of his health. So if he has 3500 health in a team fight (likely,) you have to do 4550 damage to him. LoLz And +1 to Two_DoWn's description Its scary watching him come running at you from the jungle, that feeling of doom that no matter how fast you react he's gonna freaking toss you back and nom you. Was playing in a premade vs a team with jungle bear. Even with wards around he managed to succeed a fair few ganks. The only person he couldnt catch was me (nasus). Wither->laugh in his stupid bear face.

Jarman's kit is ridiculously OP in concept. They toned him down with numbers.
And what Brees said. Volibear can jungle, but he's not really that scary coming out of it.

Ok, i think I have this stuff figured out.
Every game you win, you get "Bad Partner" points. Each point increases the chances you have a moron on your team. The more wins in a row you get, the more BP points you gain each time. Upon reaching above 75 points, you will have a bunch of games in a row with terrible teammates and/or supergodly opponents. These games will not stop until you hit under 5 BP points again.
Tell me i'm right, Moonbear, cause this is the only explination I can think of.

Replace bad partner points with ELO and you've pretty much nailed it...

1st- Duo q will automatically put you into the danger zone, regardless of previous points. You remain here for as long as you duo q.
2nd- Points reset when you draw a teemo. Even if he is good. The system feels SO bad for you that it resets and you get a few more wins.

Finally carried myself back above 1200 with GP.
God it is difficult to do. Think playing with such shitters is making me better though. Learning how to carry means when I get to play with people who are actually competent it will be awesome. Right? That does happen at some point right?
Last game had a full GP build ^^
IE, Tabi (was laning vs wukong opened cloth5,) Force of Atmogs, LW

You can absolve some of your BP by group queuing with really bad friends or superman carrying a team.

What are the thoughts on smite stealing enemy blue wraith instead of starting wolves now that the exp/gold of the camp is weighted so much more heavily onto the "large" mobs of the camps?
You could get a slightly stronger leash at blue to make up for the lack of smite there as well.

Now I think about it, MF would be good vs bear in team fights. Her W reduces the heal on his stupid fucking passive.

Wow, Leona is really strong. Running 0/21/9 with CV/Heal, and I feel like an absolute beast in lane and in teamfights. Leona has a lot of burst in lane (as long as the teammate is watching to proc her passive), and her ult's sheer stopping power is way more than it seemed at first glance.
edit: also show up to lane with 339 ms without boots is pretty damn awesome

Speaking of junglers - is it just me or is jungle gp coming back from the realm of forgotten?

leona is shit wtf you talking about. she does no dmg only against squishies...
every melee champ should make atmogs. i've been carry harder than tryn does with atmogs spam with OLAF.
warmogs is OP.

warmogs is OP. rofl her burst in lane is actually quite good for a support, seeing as standard bot lanes have two squishies. Her level 6 burst is very comparable to alistar's, for example. and of course she's not there for the damage in teamfights. She's there because she is very good at stopping enemies in their tracks (with 3 skills capable of doing so admirably). Of course, landing Sunlight on 5 people twice each (ideal teamfight scenario) is 1400 magic damage, which isn't half bad either.

ignoring him having 2 weak cc's, a gap closer, a defence steroid. he also just does flat out the most damage of any tank and thats just not fair

I have been feeling the need to poke my head out of the jungle since they messed with it. How is Swain these days?I noticed people play him top lane sometimes but don't see him a lot anymore.

So I was getting really frustrated with Solo Q lately, and I knew it wasn't just bad teammates, I was just not playing well enough, I wasn't doing terrible, but I wasn't really happy with my play. I was messing up the simple things like my last hitting, and just flat not paying attention to the minimap and getting ganked when I should have got away, things like that.
Anyway, I decided to take a break from Solo Q and refocus on the basics in custom games, and play alot with a group of friends of mine that aren't very good. Basically playing ranked 5's as the team captain and making all the calls, and trying to help them get better.
Basically I spent the last two weeks or so teaching them how to get better playing ranked 5's with them. And I don't know if it was just me feeling like I needed to set a good example for them, or simply the fact that trying to teach them stuff reinforced it in me subconciously, but I suddenly started playing a lot better, things just started clicking for me again. So now I just started back into solo q and I feel so much better than I did a couple of weeks ago. Feels good man.
I dunno why I posted this, I guess basically to give the advice to anyone having trouble that sometimes the best way to make yourself better is to try and coach other people. It makes you think things through about your own way of playing and reinforces things that you knew already but may have been neglecting.

Pointless. Unless the enemy jungler is silly and doesn't clear wolves before blue you'll be roughly even at best and behind in all other scenarios.
