She can't fling you back (her ult kind of, but not really), she doesn't start out with 45% move speed at level freaking 1 if she wants and her movespeed buff decreases over time, and her damage output is a lot lower. She also can't slow you without a frozen mallet or red buff. Why doesn't the bear's movespeed roid scale slowly? It's basically Singed's ult 1.5 at level freaking 1 as far as speed goes. | ||

Movement speed is part of his kit; doesn't seem outrageous. Even with his roid speed I don't think he's as fast Singed ult, for ex. | ||

A move speed steroid/ fling, AoE slow that also damages, attack speed steroid/execute, and then massive AoE damage. And he scales with health. And is a bear with armor. | ||

What was the point? The only thing I think that's absolutly rediculous about the ability in question is that its cheaper than singed's version and gives him a boost. To be fair singed is also dumb, but Bear's kit has no innate CC reduction (even if 35% is given away for free now). He's a tank that needs to be CC'd. Do it. | ||

The only 2 times I've laned against him was top with Kennen, and it was entirely too easy. Haven't seen a successful one in the jungle yet. | ||

So considering we just put together a fairly weak kit, we need to give him a strong passive to compensate. Mundo's ult is cool, but it takes too long. How bout we just compress that baby so that there is no way to counter it with a well timed ignite? Sounds good to me. Ship this baby out! | ||

He'd still be decent if he didn't scale with enemy health + his own health... its just that you can build full tank but still do a lot of damage that makes him on the op side... I don't want to focus the tank, because well, he's tanky | ||

Jungle Bear ganks are wicked scary. If he flips you, you are dead. No questions asked. In team fights the AoE slow is really strong as is his disruption with flip and then he gets good AoE damage from his ult. Yeah you can CC him, but if you spend your CC on him and he is built as a tank (which he should be) then he has done his job IMO. And even if you have enough burst to get him down (unlikely,) his passive also restores 30% of his health. So if he has 3500 health in a team fight (likely,) you have to do 4550 damage to him.
