So essentially a Blitz E with sheen proc does triple your base damage+bonus AD. For abilities that do on-hit it's usually double base damage+bonus AD from items/ability. The scaling part is scaled off of your base damage, not the doubled base damage. | ||

They should be treated as separate on-hit modifiers. So in total that means 3x base damage and not 4x. It's the same way Nasus Q is treated as a separate on-hit modifier. (If Q was boosted by Sheen that would be pretty hilarious though.) EDIT: So yah, basically what Ryuu said. Items+Runes+stuff not counted as part of base damage in calculation for Sheen. | ||

Will it do 400 dmg or 300? 300 Blitz's powerfist is basically another sheen that takes into account items. so you'll deal 100 from attack, 100 from sheen, and 100 from powerfist | ||

Sheen is basically like an additional source of bonus AD. So basically say 100 base damage. Sheen proc adds another 100 damage Ability adds say 50 damage Ability scales with 1.5 AD so it'll add 150 damage. Total will be (100+100+50+150) 400 damage. | ||

Soraka rammus bottom lane. I was taric and the ranged AD was ashe, and the opponents ran Soraka rammus. We simply could not kill them, not even with a nocturne gank ._. Soo much armour | ||

This is a 1 slot item that solves their entire mana issue alone. Lets say you have flat mana regen seals. That adds about 3.5 mp5, and chalice adds 7.5. That brings you up to 11mp/5. That is most likely the ONLY mana item you can afford to buy on those champions, so your base will stay 11 for all of time. The most you can get up to is 22mp5, assuming you drop to zero mana. Sure, that is nice, but it would take about 25 seconds to regen about 60 mana starting from max. That means that, with scaling, it will take up to 25 seconds for a spell that costs about 60 mana to be free of cost from mp5 in a teamfight (about the average cost of a spell for these two champs). Manamune alone just adds a base 350 mana, which is just flat free spells in a team fight. Add on the ability to get an extra 1k mana, and for the same cost of 1 inventory slot, you get 1350 mana, ~44 AD when fully farmed, and 7mp5 (we will say 10.5 mp/5 on this champion given flat mp5 yellows). In comparison, the chalice offers about 18mp/5 (assuming you keep your mana pool at around half) and 30mr. Remember, you can only afford one slot to mana efficiency, unless you get a late banshee's veil. 8mp/5 extra and 30 mr to sacrifice 1350 mana, as well as the potential for an extra 44AD. That is a massive in-slot difference. Not to mention, the damage gained from manamune is basically a BF sword, which costs 1650. The item is just so ridiculously good on these two champs when you really look at it. | ||
