9% Masteries + 15% CDR Boots + 20% Morellos makes you 4% over the cap, I'd rather get DFG even if you dont use the active an awful lot. Unless you get's Sorc ofc. But If I would get Sorcs I wouldn't get Morellos/DFG at all.

Wow, Vladimir is amazing o_O After a losing streak I decided to give him a try and it was just unbelievable. After you get the post-buff Rylais anyone who runs up to you 1v1 is dead unless they can Flash away, you can just permaslow otherwise. The damage's great, again if you get dived by a tanky dps you can kite super well, there's also other benefits like the ulti giving AoE slow as does E...

Really think he's super underrated, that Rylai change just O_O

I hope we don't have another long discussion about Vlad but yeah. He's definitely still really good as long as you don't get crushed in lane. It's pretty hard not to get crushed in lane though. Like, you have to rely on your opponent being a lot worse than you.

Relating to Malz, I find that ironically he's truly annoying against Morgana since she relies on enemy champ not killing too many melee minions during her pool (when one tick says they survive with low enough hp that a few minion AA can finish them) and he's pushing super fast. She's better at 100-0ing the other one tho if you can get your spells on him before his ult buying time with Black Shield if needed) as she doesn't care about being suppressed after that.

Switching topics, what's the "best" way to build Blitzcrank? I bought him on my smurf (supporting/bruising a lot to help friends new to the game) and have been playing him AD bruiser (manamune, triforce, FH, FoN but I generally don't get enough farm for all the completed stuff). Support is a no-no as that'd be a waste, full tank might be interesting but I'm not too sold on it before I get runes (level 16 smurf), and I'm still wondering how to build him AP-wise (lichbane for sure).

Malzahar really doesn't "lose" to anyone in most 1v1 scenerios. He pushes all day with the best mana efficiency and safeness of any caster if you don't derp with call of the void.

That being said if you can aim call of the void it's hilariously easy to bait people into it.

Probably manamune, triforce, frozen heart, and general tankiness as needed.

Worse for damage in what way? Every other mana item you build becomes free damage for E and actually lets you not be completely useless outside grabs and R.
