5% still is a LOT.
21 instead of 15 utility means 6% lower cooldowns and 15% lower summoner cooldowns. That's pretty clutch on champs that rely on spells and flash.
On AD, you either want the full 21 utility (Flash and Exhaust cooldowns), or you just drop everything into offense. 21 offense means a pretty decent boost in earlygame damage output, and about 10% increased DPS lategame when you start critting a lot.
As trynd I can do 1200 DMG per hit but with 5% it is maybe + 60dmg (no AD just DMG)? BUT When i move really fast I can be on my target and even 1 hit does more than some 5% and + 10% on crit is just a joke. Movement speed is tooooo good in this game

And if your target is stunned or slowed a lot (Mocking Shout), all that MSpd is wasted. If the enemy flashes away with 10 HP your 3% MSpd won't do anything.
It very much depends on the champion you play, your allies, your enemies, your playstyle, and hell even the enemy playstyle.
Just to be clear: I'm not saying that 21 offense is better than 21 utility. I'm not saying the opposite either.

The only way to compare masteries in any reasonable fashion is gold value. Of course all the masteries are worth very little, but the incentive for 21 offense is that Havoc very quickly becomes the highest gold value per mastery point in the game simply because of how it scales.
Sure "+%5% is nothing" but why the hell are you dumping 4 points in first tier defense then? Havoc has the potential to, with a single mastery point, provide more gold value than those 4 full mastery points.

The issue he's raising isn't 21 offense vs. 21 utility. He's saying the end-tier masteries are bad, which is somewhat silly, given that if you crunch the gold value on Havoc, it very quickly becomes the highest gold-value-per-mastery-point in the game. Likewise, Lethality is a very high-value mastery because it and Infinity Edge are the only reasonable sources of Crit Damage as a DPS stat--which makes it scale ridiculously well off your other DPS stats.
End-tier utility is harder to measure the usefulness of, given that there are absolutely no other sources of summoner spell CDR in the game.

As if drama only exists between married couples.
I know on more than one occasion during scrims wickd kept asking candypanda why he wasn't talking (and this was many weeks ago). Knowing wickd's ego and proclivity toward being a douche, I wouldn't be surprised if the reason he wasn't talking is because of wickd.
I'm a little surprised that it's wickd choosing to leave, but I'm not at all surprised that someone left. SK hasn't been very stable for some time, their sponsor is notoriously bad, and their performance has been mostly mediocre in tournaments.
Linak may have also left Millenium, but Millenium is basically dead already so that wouldn't mean much.

I play Malz a lot, personally I dont much like fighting talon, a good Morde could give headaches but I havent played against any post-nerf, Brand is a fair match-up, as Akali i tend to eat Malz mid, Morgana does well against him aswell. Xerath is a bit of a toss-up I guess.

As Malz is pretty good pusher I'd say hat someone like Morg is definitely great (and her ult still maybe work during a suppress like during Zonyha). Someone with good mobility could avoid most of his skills too.
