Also: I have decided that the best way to beat cait in lane is to play AP support zil. Put bomb on her head at level 1, take her to 3/4 hp, then just zone her all day long. | ||

Vlad is in the LeBlanc situation right now, but instead of it being the early levels it's level 9-16 for Vlad. You have to win the game or at least put yourself in an extremely favourable position or else you lose because late game Vladimir has no damage and very little utility. The other difference is that Vlad can not carry nearly as hard as LeBlanc at his prime time. | ||

It's less of him forcing them and more of the person your laning against will always be super aggressive unless they're stupid. Vlad can't stand in lane against any of the common AP picks because they will zone you very early. I think Vlad fell off because of new champions more than he did because of his nerfs. | ||

Vlad actually scales INCREDIBLY hard into late game because of A) his double dip passive, B) his ability to basically isolate and 1v1 anyone because of his health pool and spammable slow with rylais and, C) His ult that ramps up damage done by everyone on the team. The problem with vlad was always you had to blunder through the early game to hit your late game power. And I really dont think his early game is all that bad. Q hits pretty hard and HEALS you, so while you cant go the full aggressive that you used to be able to do, you have to play a bit more safe. I think the main problem with Vlad at this point is that he was such a faceroll easy champ on release that everyone has memories of just pressing q and winning the game. Now that he has a bit less power and actually requires tactics and thought people dont like him nearly as much. | ||
