I'm not looking for him to be overpowered, I just want him to be viable again. What do you mean he doesnt fill a role? Again- Vlad is probably in the top 3 for late game 1v1s. His ult INCREASES THE DAMAGE DONE TO ENEMIES HIT. Even if it didnt do damage, this would be one of the most useful ults in the game. And he naturally gets to be a tanky mofo. And again, you keep saying that you get default zoned by everyone, without actually giving any examples of champions doing this, or that those champions who can are capable of somehow zoning vlad harder than any other ap carry. And if you feel vlad falls off late game, I'm sorry, but you are fucking terrible. A fed vlad is one of the most terrifying ap carries you can have because of the consistency of his damage, his innate tankiness, and lifesteal. @ Yango- Id rather have a less fed vlad over any one of the champs you listed because of his ult. Even if I'm not farmed, my ult is going to still be incredibly powerful. No farm zil? Autoloss. No farm morg gets blown up before the second tick of her ult. No farm annie is useful as a stunbot, but thats about it. | ||

When's the last time we saw an effective amumu? Months. Yet it isnt as though he needs buffs to become viable again, he simply doesnt fit into a lot of strats at the moment. Vlad is the same. He doesnt need buffs. He needs someone to find a teamcomp that he fits into. | ||

No farm morg is still worth a spell-block, MR shred, 3 second snare, and a minor slow. No farm Annie is still one of the best AoE initiates in the game. Those are all way better than a 14% damage amp. | ||

Yes, because when is the last time we saw a zilean win a competitive game that went past 35 minutes. You blow your solo lane on a champ with 1 offensive ability that scales out of late game incredibly hard. | ||

I've given counterexamples to EVERY SINGLE CHAMP YOU LISTED. Kass makes every ap looks bad. Brand E does the same damage to every ap champ, and NONE of them can heal it back for free like vlad can. A smart vlad can wreak an annie because he gets free harass whereas she has to blow valuable mana to do it. And thats probably a good idea Shake. | ||

Guinsoo tweeted that Deceive was changed so that you can deceive > drop a box and still crit for a few second. They will probably do somes bug fixes to his clone like the one for wukong. He still won't be any use in lategame, but his ganks will be so much scarier now. | ||

first off, it's not that easy to zone vlad, I've only played vlad a handful of times but I know that only level 1-3 is difficult. second off, once vlad gets revolver, as long as the person he's laning against isn't up on kills, they will get outfarmed hard by vlad. Vlad will never have to go back, he can just keep spamming q and e, Plus it's almost impossible to kill him if he has both flash and w up. In competitive play I agree that his role is limited compared to that of other AP carries, but he is still the #1 pick for AP carry in certain team comps. For example, if you have Talon on your team Vlads ult is SOOO helpful compared to others. Also, vlad is extremely good in 1v1 situations where he can use his pool offensively. He is also semi valuable in poking as he regains health like no other and is unlikely to be caught because of w. Another thing, rain man has been playing vlad in solo queue and has been winning lanes vs other casters. Maybe it's just him being better but I highly doubt it since he uses weird builds and hasn't played vlad very much. | ||

Im fucking arguing with YANGO, CRATON, and A FUCKING NOBODY. h0h0h0 TwoDown real mad. Also, Annie can just kill Vlad whenever she feel like after level 4. And Vlad doesn't really scale that well into teamfights, just not enough burstdamage. | ||

Who starts the game in a solo lane doesn't dictate who gets the farm the whole way through. There's no rule that dictates that your solo mid champion has to clean up every farmed lane after the laning phase is over, or that they have to be capable of being a carry. But this is getting off-topic, and yes, I should take a break from posting. | ||
