So you poke with Rake to get her low, teleport on her, silence to remove the risk of stun/knockback/escape, and then just hit her. If Riven plays aggressively, she can do damage, but the smart Talon player will just silence and run or use it to hop to a minion further away. | ||

what you're thinking of is a geometric progression of stat X/Y when X and Y depend on one another (kayle's old passive, vladimir's passive, jax when he has atma's) | ||
