They delay the purchasing a bit usually. Some observations: Shen jungle slow and steady as always. You can jungle indefinitely no matter the route. Lifetap buff on Q is nice. Taric Jungle pretty baller. 76 armor @ lvl 1 with shatter, armor mastery + armor yellows. It drops to 66 when you use shatter. He can do full jungle clear slightly around 4 minutes, which is good timing to try a stun-gank. | ||

TT Well yeah, that sucks and I feel the pain, but it's quite understandable that they'd make new skins for champions that more people actually play regularly, as they'll sell better, and skins are Riot's bread and butter. I'm pretty sure the champions you named are gonna get some love eventually in the form of skins, buff, etc., but I'm quite sure it's the best business decision they can do right now. | ||

Eh, they're nerfs, but they're not "never gonna play this champ again" nerfs. Maybe Ori's are more severe (I don't play her) but Brand is still going to be a monster for the most part. 5 damage on PoF isn't even going to be noticeable, and the range just means you need to be better about landing his other spells first, as you can't rely on his E to always be in range. The burst is still there, the stun combo, and the rediculous AoE. And even if it is terrible, Annie, Fiddle and Karth would still be better picks than Vlad. | ||
