Bonus tip: Don't try counter jungling rammus with nunu, 700 movement speed means he hauls ass around the jungle and will pop out of nowhere. If Jax past x amount of time WAS a free win, every top team would have a dedicated Jax player and he would be first ban first pick every game. He isnt. | ||

Also finish madreds from your cloth armor, I was a noob before and didn't start building it after they removed cloth from HoG, it definitely helps when attacking red/blue (rammus is a super fast jungler, behind udyr but up there with trundle). edit:Lol, gunna buy my will of the ancients. Versing long range becomes so lame after a while, sure, you can dodge a few (Kog's ult, nidalee's spear) but when they start throwing them at you every 2-4 secs, it becomes ridiculously op imo, anyone else feel that way? | ||

but yeah, it's about not overcommitting with powerball, using it to counter-initiate as much as to initiate, and if you don't get a decent opportunity (either their carry is smart or your team never gets into position), use your taunt to peel. because of how strong rammus' DBC is, always peel the highest AD damage target, unless one doesn't exist, then just peel their strongest guy. | ||

To clarify strongest in Steve's post I think he is referring to most threatening as opposed to highest HP. Unless that alistar is pushing your carry around. Don't feel inclined to always used powerball before taunt + DBC. If people are out of position you can wait till the end of taunt to powerball and give another ~second of disable. Also powerball is great for when people are dumb and cluster around you. | ||
