Best champions in solo queue are ones that snowball/scale well with just Creep kills or creep kills + few lane kills. Short list  Vayne, Cait, WW, Noc(?), Irelia, Singed)Vayne's passive + utility keeps her safe, Cait's Traps and E keep her safe WW and Noc(?) potentially have free kills every time R coolsdown and scale well with just a few items. Irelia and Singed can sit top and afk farm/push. | ||

Also with free 150 armor/mr he's great for eating damage that could be going to other more important champions by being in their way. Whenever I'm in the enemy jungle kill their stuff, people fall back ping, I say "rammus dont' give a fuck". If you want to try out rammus, do it in dominion, he plays identically, and you'll see how powerful his return of damage is. boots 5 + cloth start. Build sunfire, thornmail, atma's, and any mr that you need. I've killed yi's in the 3 second taunt. | ||

To my knowledge they've never price-changed a 6300 ip champ. All the price-drops have been 3150s or lower IIRC. | ||
