Manamune good? Just did Manamune -> Tank but didnt feel good. o.o Ori is definitely 4800 =P Also I recommend getting Orianna. I think she brings more to the team than Brand, who is very good, but can't fit into as many teams as Orianna imo. idk, I think they both fit into teams pretty broadly. They're both pretty strong throughout the game, too.

Wow. Skarner feels pretty redic after 5ish games.
a) 9 21 0 top lane, Philo -> Gunblade -> Triforce -> Banshees -> Funfire b) 1 8 21 jungle, Crystal+2pots -> boots -> HoG/Wriggles -> Bruta -> Sheen -> Warmogs -> Atmas (-> GB / Triforce) c) 9 21 0 top lane, Philo -> HoG -> Hextech Revolver -> Sheen.
His role feels pretty weird to me though.
Like, he's KINDA great in the middle of the fight, but not really a tank killer. He's KINDA great against carries, but he's getting kited rather easily.
I think the correct way is to protect carries from divers and rape those, then work from there. Slow+Speedup+Ult is so great to keep like a Nocturne/relia off your carry.
I'm not sure on what to max either though.
I think E should be treated as any survivabilty skill, aka, just as much as you need to sustain yourself in lane.
Q is just great overall, W is great against low cc and for fights where people really smash their heads together. 50% AS steroid (keep in mind, AS = CDR on skarner) is sick, too.
I think W > Q > E with like 3 levels in E early makes the most sense.
Part of me wants to level like EWEQER ... WQWQWQWQEE (add R for urself), needs more testing though.
For items I think his greatest strength is that small items are SO great on him (HoG, bruta, sheen, philo, mercs is like dirt cheap and deals lots of damage on him for the money spent)

Because ppl with a brain can easily remove his steroid. Or when people smash their heads together random aoe does it too.
Also last patch he was bugged apparently and his Q didn't do bonus dmg to creeps. So yeah....

So after like 2 days of playing Talon, I've decided that he pretty much crushed duo lane bot teams after level 3. The hard part is getting there as you can't really do much before hand, but once you hit 3. Any gank is a garenteed kill. Then at 6 you can solo either champ bot even if the other is there. The CD on his ult is enterly too short. Especially with Brut + CDR Boots. 41 seconds at rank 1 with CDR boots alone, add brut at its like 35 seconds.
His single target burst on anyone without armor is incredible. Carries and Casters die in a full burst. Things that counter you? Tanky DPS that aren't Irelia. That hoe's easy to melt too. I'm gunna write a guide for him here in the next few days. If there isn't a thread by money I'll prolly start it.

I would say the best sidekick for talon would be lux, because of the huge burst and to trigger his passive permanently when he is attacking. I also think leona needs quite some farm to be tanky enough from midgame on while lux can easily work with some g/5+soulstealer.

I know she counters Galio pretty damn well (silence to stop ult, MR shred lower AP)

Ingame Tab Ui stuned me when i first pressed it .... they definetly should make option to resize it for personal tastes , otherwise i felt uneasy using it outside my base as had stupid fealing i would get killed sooner or later as had barely any vission .
Also end game scorebord is something i would expect from Bomberman Mega Party ..... it looks way to cartoonish compared to old darker scorebord. Yeah LoL has become popular and more mainstreem , but no need to turn it into a casual party game mood. Additional information is nice , but it could have been added in extended info sheets instead of redesign all Ui

There was some nonspecific stuff about improvements to fog of war and framerates, so that may have something to do with it. I've definitely noticed that the graphics seem slightly different as well.

First of due to his Jungle . He was labeled as official new designed Jungler , but turned out he was super item dipendent to become thret and jungle is not the place to get those ( Tri-force , Gb ). He has risen in ppl eyes as viable solo top where he isn't UP and with proper farm gets his ''cheap'' core , then again there are still many better picks for top.
And his ult ... IMO it's UP ... why must scarner be also supressed during it ? Rammus has 3 second tount which forces ppl to follow and auto attack you while rammus can smack the hell out of them. Eather give scarner option to fight during ult or increase it's duration or increase dmg .

I'm pretty darn sure you can turn around and whack away at your ulti target. At least that was the case when I played skarner for the first time today.
