Pantheon is somewhat good at the making someone look dead thing. And obv janna adds dmg. | ||

You use wards to prevent a gank from the river and any jungler that goes around wide (wich is only really possible if you are the left bot team) you can W into their face to safety. I really don't see why such a strong laner like Pantheon should be bogged down on those nearly unwinnable bot lanes, notorious for them being healfests and farmfests. Like i said with next patch breaking the spine of healing, things might change. But i still don't like Janna. I have seen people be crazy pro with her but i just don't feel she is a good support for Pantheon. If Pantheon goes bot i would prefer that the entire lane gets played super offensive and Janna is rather defensive. Two strong laners could really wreak havoc when healing gets knocked down a bit. Janna isn't bad, i just don't like her and i certainly don't think she is a good champ to match with Panth. | ||

Janna is an incredibly strong offensive support as long as the enemy cannot simply outsustain your setup. Ranged AD + Janna is relatively easy to outsustain as ranged AD + healer. But someone like Panth adds a ton of damage compared to the ranged AD. That is assuming that you max W. | ||

Her tornado is also great for counter engaging, though her slow and shield are best used agressively, so I guess that's why her laning can seem to be both. | ||

AP Janna plays similar to AP Taric, although both of them struggle to get that farm, especially in this no-farm support meta. | ||
