Listening to Classikck talk about him last night, mana is basically how he is going to scale. They failed to mention that in the patch notes.

Im thinking Im going to build him supertank. Since he scales with mana, Im thinking of going tear-catalyst-bv-frozen heart-void staff. Any other items have mana on them im forgetting (excluding sheen/lych bane)?

Cass really is exactly what they just did to Ryze. Her Q movement buff combined with Rylai's makes her IMPOSSIBLE to catch without any kind of CC.


Even before Rylai's, she is impossible to catch. Every single one of her abilities is hugely helpful to a kiting playstyle, including the ridiculous escape ultimate. The main thing that people don't get, I think, is that you do not have to cast the full QEEE combo every time you hit with a Q any more than you have to unload Annie's full combo every time you harass someone with her Q. Twin Fang isn't a harass skill so much as it's a knife in the heart for any enemy you catch out of position.

Magic damage does more damage to Blue and Red mobs than truedamage with his passive imoimoimoimoimo

You really think that? You're just following Riot blindly it seems.
They changed 2 stealth abilities. It didn't do much for Twitch aside from making it pretty much impossible to lvl 1 gank, but that was just a gimmick and nothing the character relies on.

Also Amumu (but he got a buff to compensate) and jungle Soraka. Even Eve, but if you used E in the jungle you pretty much were out of mana instantly...

anyone else try to start client and have it give some error message, and try to open the LoL website page in Iexplorer, and it just kept opening them 1 every second no matter how much you deleted them?.... doubt i have a virus since i havn't done shit for a week except LoL/teamliquid

I figured they accidentally scaled their curve to have the appropriate values at level 20 rather than 30 due to a typo.

The forums, when they aren't Gragas'd, are overflowing with threads about the issue. Everything that isn't asking about IP is either complaining about the downtime or asking questions about Ryze/Maokai.

Well in the patch notes it says:

We removed the no-leave-streak bonus and increased the IP rewards in general to compensate. The reason we did this is because we felt that with the new LeaverBuster system, this was no longer necessary.


I guess it wouldn't be unlike them, but we're really just talking about in what way and to what degree they dropped the ball.

I'm really curious how their processes after seeing these types of failures.

Okay, so just played a game with Ryze. In terms of team fights, he's shittier than before. Otherwise...HOLY FUCK HE'S ANNOYING. He's like panth pre q-nerf except with retardedly long range.
