Deathcap is too efficient. it's by far the most efficient AP item in the game and late game items aren't supposed to do that unless they come late in your build. | ||

To be fair, I'm not sure how you can really complain about 2, especially since the turret bug where they just don't shoot has to be one of the most rage-inducing things ever--especially when 2 bugged turrets in a row just screws over your mana management. | ||

It's called a Pseudo Random Distribution if you want to google how it works cause I'd just be copy pasting something about it ^_^ In theory it balances the game because it makes lucky or unlucky sprees less likely, but in game play it depreciates the value of crit. As you get closer to 100%, with a Pseudo Random Distribution your actual crit chance is much less than what it should be due to the mechanics of a Pseudo Random Distribution. This drop off starts around 25% to my knowledge where you lose .1% critical chance it increases as you get closer to 100%. For example, at 50% crit chance, in a Pseudo Random Distribution you'd only have a 45.7% chance if you averaged the results of a Pseudo Random Distribution ^_^ Only characters that really enjoy stacking crit should really be effected by this though...Hi Tryndemere. | ||

I have a 100 sided cube that has 50 black squares and 50 red squares. I toss it in the air and randomly get black. Since I got black I paint 10 of the squares red and flip it again. I get black again so I paint another 10 squares red. I flip it again and get red so I paint 10 of the squares black. Basically this prevents any streaks from happening because if a streak begins it'll become impossible for it to continue and before that it'll be almost impossible anyways. The numbers are set up in such a way that it averages out to 50% in the end. The ones I made up on the spot obviously don't work properly ^_^ The interesting part is that if you have 55% you'll never have a situation where you won't have a crit in three attacks. The trade-off of this is that since it basically forces you to crit every other attack, your average crit chance drops to 49.7% even though you should have 55%. It skews farther and farther the higher your crit chance goes because if you have an 80% chance to crit and you get a spree going it'll force you to get a non-crit to average out, even though a spree of 6-8 crits with that chance wouldn't be uncommon mathmatically. It's used in wc3 and makes sense because almost all abilities have a lowish proc chance. You don't see these horrible returns until 25% where it's one tenth of one percent (which is effectively almost meaningless), and most abilities like bash or crit for example proc at a 15% chance. | ||

I meant to say "surprised no nerf to deathcap", was a typo. And they were saving eve's ability to jungle will severally cut down, and that's pretty much the only role she can take in a decent game, so seems to me like she will become useless. | ||
