South: I think the thing with tanky dps and actual tanks is that somewhere along the lines riot fucked up. You look at the initial batch of tanky dps and none of them have any gap closers. The best cc ability is mundo's cleaver slow, and some like morde dont even have one. And those who did have cc generally lost out in some other respect (ie blitz with low damage, pre buff alistar on damage and farm). All of a sudden we start to see champs like irelia, renekton, and jarvan with stuns AND gap closers, and also free of any of the drawbacks of any of the previous champions. Irelia farms, does a ton of damage, has cc, and never dies. Pure tanks on the other hand generally had low damage but high cc, amumu, malphite, rammus. However, with all of the new tanky dps champions having large amounts of cc, there is literally no reason to pick one anymore. | ||

Without that stun she can rightfully take the place again as worst piece of shit champion in the game but holy shit, i will not mind for a second. Every normal i went into with an enemy Eve was an absolute disaster. It doesn't matter if i get ganked or not because i have to permanently play as if she is around unless i see her on the map somewhere. A few games ago i got ganked 10 fucking times by that Eve bitch. Either you drain yourself by buying an insane ammount of super wards or you get stunned every time you walk more then a fucking meter from the tower. Eve isn't just anti-fun because that would imply that playing a game against Eve is no fun. It goes past the no-fun zone and straight into annoyance town. Nothing is more rage inducing then an eve. The playstyle you are expected to adapt to survive is just ridiculous. Denying yourself gold and exp because you can't see Eve even though she might be on the other half of the map. | ||

Still doesn't fix "ohgod someone appeared on top of me" as Eve kills you. If it's a 3 second slow like they were saying, it might actually be a buff early game, because it stops people from getting away from longer. (Although they don't have to wait to waste flash anymore! Oh no!) To nerf her pubstomping, they should have done something about the stealth duration/cooldown as well as the stupid health regen on her ultimate. The stun isn't even close to the worst thing about that champion. She's not overpowered by any means, but she's a stupidly designed champion that pubstomps retardedly well. | ||

So it is probably a 1 second slow at early levels which is certainly not a buff. | ||
