Morgana aa animation not until she's reworked I think. Veigar rework coming out with Nasus? Hadn't heard anything about Tyrnd though.

For Lee Sin it's a little bigger of a change as Lee Sin tends to jungle and/or get a wriggles so the ward was more readily available.

You usually carry a ward anyway in a real team game since the whole team helps in warding the map. So saying it's "not as readily available" is false since you should have one on you regardless. ;o

I mean, yea, most players will always carry at least one ward 'cause everyone should be warding whenever they have 75 gold and an empty item slot. But I feel that for non-wriggles champs, that ward is more often than not going to be placed for actual warding than for that possible escape.
It does change gameplay, no doubt about it, but I feel that the nerf is not that game breaking.

No it seperated the players that research unintuitive special cases from the ones that "just" play. If champs like Kat or Lee Sin were supposed to be able to jump over walls it´d be in their kit, not a weird unintuitive special case rule with an item that has nothing to do with the mechanic. I mean really: Ward gives vision and allows walljumping? Also sometimes blocking skillshots.

I don't think "unintuitive" is a legitimate argument. There is always going to be a learning curve to the game and no matter how "intuitive" everything is it's not going to go away. Sure, new players won't know that you can jump to wards, but it's not gamebreaking and you'll remember it after the first time you see it.
Besides, it's a logical extension of the jumping mechanic - being able to jump to game objects + wards are game objects = you can jump to wards. It's arguably unintuitive not to be able to jump to a ward.

yup.. Not being able to jump onto wards will be pretty sad. :-[ It made so many :O, :S and :D moments.
They try to make game fun.. and that mechanic was definitely fun + it wasn't unfun for enemies [at least in comparison to other mechanics they are removing or other mechanics that are completely acceptable to stay in game].

well, everyone only has X seconds to live vs vayne, no matter the amount of defence/Hp etc. Right now people play her full ad because its more op, so this isnt much of a problem, but this can change and the genereal idea behind it is very questionable.

Every great kat I know has at one point carried 3 wards and escaped after diving 5 champs and a base for a double kill.
