Tamat just showed up in an irc I was in. Talked with us a bit. http://e3.gamespot.com/live-cam-tour/live-cam-day-2/?tag=gumballs;title;2 Start watching from the 8 hour mark. it's the last 10 minutes or so of the video. Relevant info: 3 new champs: Yorick summons 'ghasts' that give him abilities and last a short period of time (eg. green one explodes on contact, gives him slow) Female tank (forget her name): Ult is (global?) delayed AoE slow/stun Scorpion thing will impale people with tail and drag them around. Spectator mode in the final stages of development and unveiled at E3. 2nd half 2011. Magma chamber/project shiny in all likelihood not till 2012. | ||

I think currently it's planned to be released during the Summer. Don't quote me on this though. | ||

- wards wont stop rammus powerball anymore. - Reducing bonus gold for breaking kill streaks. - Reducing xp for kills while you are higher level. Increasing xp if you are lower level and kill someone higher than you. - gold per 10 items. No more stacking the same item, so no double philo, but philo/hog/pick is okay - Lifesteal/SpellVamp are getting adjusted. Doesn't sound like a big change. Ignite properly works with them now for some items. - Additional adjustment to lifesteal, lifesteal will work off shields and will take off effects like MF strut or Boots of Mobility. Champion Nerfs/Buffs: - Rumble: Ult getting nerfed. Damage and scaling lowered. - Vayne: Q nerf, E nerf, R nerf. - Vlad: Q nerf, early damage raised but max ranked is lowered. Cooldown increased from 3 to 4. - Jarvan: passive nerf 10->8. Flagtoss damage nerfed a bit as well. - Eve: No longer stuns from stealth, now will slow instead. (RIP eve) TROLOLOL hinting at stealth remakes with no info. - Gangplank: New passive, attacks will now slow and poison - Feedersticks: Darkwind increased damage. Crowstorm AP ratio increased .4 to .5. Channel duration decreased to 1.5 seconds. | ||
