However, there are colour blind employees at Riot, including some on the QA and Tech Team. With the current work on Project Shiny, there are plans for support and re-colouring to cater to colour-blind people. However, I'm not sure as to what extent this might be. I'm also not sure what kind of colour-blindness will be catered to (green-red and blue-yellow). For now, the best option I can recommend would be ItzWarty's Colourblind No More Mod which works with his RAF Manager program. The RAF Manager can be found here while the Colour Blind No More Mod can be found here and the LoL Forum thread is here. While I personally have not used it, I have heard good things about it. His RAF Manager should also allow for you run other mods and manage them without the hassle of having to modify and unpack cfg files yourself. If I ever hear anything more about colour-blind options, I will remember to make a note of it and bring it up here for you.
