I'm new to LoL, and the server problems this week have been pretty bad. Is this common at all, since I've certainly heard a large deal of complaints about them in general? | ||

Haven't found much recent stuff for rammus (the conventional jungle tank rammus that is), he's always been the jungler I really wanted to be good at but hated sucking with. Is stacking HP and relying on defensive curl + runes really the way to go? | ||
